Complaints for Zolucky real or fake? Zolucky legit or fraud?

We don’t think Zolucky is a good company. So, we have listed it in our Suspicious category due to the following reasons:-

# It hasn’t provided its company’s address and contact phone number. Previously, It has provided its parent company’s name and address as BTREE Limited, 20H, 39 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Buckinghamshire United Kingdom HP2 7DN on its Terms & Conditions page, but later it removed that. You can find lots of problematic sites using the parent company’s name BTREE Limited.

# Lots of details and its website design match with multiple problematic sites.

# It is selling lots of products by providing unreasonable discount rates.

# It hasn’t secured its website properly with security services like McAfee or Norton, etc.

# Faces of the models on the most of product images provided on its website are cropped similar to multiple problematic sites.

  1. This company is now charging through ChicV UK Limited. It is a scam for sure. I placed an order for what appears on their Zolucky website as beautiful items are nothing like the pictures on the website. The material, sizes and quality of the sewing is a very bad copy of the pictures that appear on the website but what you see is not what you receive. It is impossible to return within their seven day request for a refund that costs an enormous amount of money to send to China from the US and then the company offers 10%, 15%, 20% and up to 50% off but never deliver any refund in the end. They lie and scam customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
