What is CoinReum and why is it an illegal and unsustainable company?

Aforementioned, CoinReum is a combination of two illegal schemes, Ponzi and Pyramid. So, is completely illegal and unsustainable company. It is a Ponzi scheme because it offers high rate of return without having any real source of income. It claims to make profit from cryptocurrency trading which is a lie because none of the cryptocurrency traders can guarantee such huge amount of profit constantly on regular basis.

We can confirm that it hasn’t any real source of income to pay its members and it is just playing the money between the members same as in Ponzi scheme because it fails to provide any verifiable source of income. The only verifiable source of income coming into the company is the money invested by affiliates. On the other hand, if you think generally, you can find out the reality of this company by yourself because any company which can guarantee to pay 3.2% daily for 50 days or 25% weekly for 10 weeks or 115% monthly for 3 months, why that company can’t take a loan from a bank in much more lower rate instead of collecting investment from several people and paying them much more higher rate. Instead of paying 3.2% daily, they only need to pay 1% monthly interest rate to the bank which is much more lower rate. If they can’t take a business loan, they can simply take a personal loan or use their credit card money. So, why aren’t they doing that? What is making them to stay away from bank? The simple answer is their business is not legal and they don’t have any real source of income which makes it clear that they are a Ponzi scheme. If you want to find out what is Ponzi scheme and how the Ponzi scheme operates, then you can find the details by clicking this link:-

On the other hand, CoinReum is also a Pyramid scheme, another illegal scheme because it offers the referral commission upto 5 level downlines like MLM companies, but without selling any real products or services, just on the sales of its ROI Ponzi plans. If you don’t know what is Pyramid scheme and want to find out the details, then you can click this link:-

Now, it is clear that why Coin Reum is an illegal scheme. Now let’s find out more facts about it, specially its WHOIS details where it has hidden all information about its owner and the address of the company. In online business world, none of the legit companies hide their owner details, only the companies which have intention to scam people will hide their owner details. They also haven’t provided any information about the owner and the address of the company within their website except the name of the representatives which are not the owners of the company, but are some people who believe in the company and apply to be the representatives so that they can get tons of referrals. So, we don’t recommend anyone to invest in CoinReum and have listed it within our Not Recommended sites list.
