We don’t recommend DiskaShop due to the following reasons:-
- DiskaShop has provided two different company’s addresses from completely different countries and those are “146 Rue Saint-Maur, 75011 Paris, France” and “2802 Kennedy St Livermore, CA 94551 U.S.A”. It hasn’t mentioned anywhere why it has provided two addresses. On top of that, lots of details provided on its “Privacy Policy”, “Refund Policy” and “Terms of Service” pages match with lots of scam sites. So, it may have copy-pasted those pages from other websites including the company’s address from France. Otherwise, there is no reason to provide different address on those pages than what it has provided on its Contact Us page.
- DiskaShop has also concealed its owner’s name and address in its WHOIS details. If it has provided the real address on its website, then there is no reason to hide the same address in WHOIS. On top of that, lots of details provided in WHOIS of DiskaShop match with other scam sites.
- The “Refund Policy” of DiskaShop is a joke which matches with lots of scam sites. If you read the whole “Refund Policy” of DiskaShop, then you will find out that it is almost impossible to get a refund from DiskaShop. For example, on its “Refund Policy”, it has listed lots of items which are not eligible for a return and it has also mentioned that only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. However, almost all the products listed on DiskaShop.com website are on sale with a heavy discount in price. It has also mentioned that the items must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Now, how can anyone check the item without using that? Like this, you can find a bunch of stuff written in “Refund Policy” of DiskaShop which makes clear that DiskaShop is not a refund friendly online store.
- There are already a bunch of complaints from the clients of DiskaShop for not receiving their purchased items. Clients have also complained that the customer support of DiskaShop is very bad and they never reply to any emails or phone calls.
- DiskaShop hasn’t secured its website properly. So, if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, we don’t recommend DiskaShop. So, we have listed DiskaShop in our Not Recommended sites list. However, if you have a different opinion or want to provide your own Diska Shop reviews, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

I ordered a patio table and immediately cancelled my bank card due to no responding email verification email that usually has an order number and tracking. Their phone number doesn’t work and they won’t respond to emails. It’s clearly a bait company whose underlying goal is to obtain financial information and scam. I am reporting them immediately! I’m very determined to shut diskashop down I personally didn’t not order any thing but my wife ordered a bunny cage 2 weeks ago and never received it and it has made her upset and now it has been brought to my attention and after working 16 hours everyday I have spent 2 hours each morning for 4 days now finding out a lot of info on this so called company. yes ordered last week. charges taken immediately from card. email received stating will received tracking email once shipped. over a week later still no shipping information…attempted to get on website several times…stating insecure and being hacked for information. I also emailed address and returned everytime as not in service. telephone not in service either.
emailed eCommerce site provider shopify.com also as this is their client.. email response will contact within 24 hours. (which brings us to early morning tomorrow)
contacted bank for a fraudulant claim..stated since we ordered and authorized the purchased it can only be a dispute claim to product not received. which will take 3- 5 business days in the mail post to receive that they are starting the claim and claim can take from 45 – 85 business days before resolved and credited.
ask if we could cancel the card and issue a new one..stated no you authorized the purchased…stated after unable to contact them regarding order status..found this site on line and stated fraud and collecting d/c pw etc information….i requested a new one for security purposes…will take up to 10 business days to receive new in mail
Anyone ever actually reach them for any order questions or actually received any products from them???? would be interesting to see that information also…i too learned a lesson…should have researched further prior to purchase when i say there were no paypal secure option for payment.
Hoping the prevents others from being taken or in process of getting some recouperation from the loss
