We don’t recommend Charmeric due to the following reasons:-
- You must know the fact that every legit online store provides the detailed contact information such as their detailed company’s address, warehouse’s address, contact phone number and so on which are all missing in Charmeric website. Yes, Charmeric hasn’t provided any contact details which mostly happen only with scam online stores.
- Charmeric hasn’t secured its website properly. So, if you shop at this online store, your personal and financial information might be stolen.
- The faces of models have been cropped out from the product images presented on Charmeric website and those products images are blurred too. This mostly happens with scam websites since they copy paste those images from other websites without taking their consent. So, when they cropped out the faces of models, it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find those images. None of the legit online stores provide such blurred copy-pasted images. All the images presented on legit online stores will be original with very good graphics quality.
- Charmeric hasn’t provided any details about the company on its “About Us” page, instead, it has only provided one email address. Legit online stores never have such an unprofessional “About Us” page.
- Lots of details provided in Charmeric website match with lots of scam sites. For example, its pages like “Delivery”, “Payment Methods”, “Return & Exchange”, “Terms” and so on match with other scam sites.
- Charmeric hasn’t provided the “Privacy Policy” page which is one of the most essential pages for any website. None of the legit websites can ignore the “Privacy Policy” page.
- Return Policy of Charmeric makes clear that it is not a refund friendly online store. For example, it has written that items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. Now how can anyone check any item without using that?
- When we check WHOIS details of Charmeric domain, we find out the owner name of Charmeric domain is listed as CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED. Now, this one reason is enough to avoid Charmeric online store since there are lots of problematic online stores operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED such as AnnieCloth, Jodimitty, Omygeeze and so on.
- All online stores operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED have a bunch of complaints from their clients for delivering them very cheap quality items which look completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have also complained about their delivery time, poor customer support and useless refund policy which let you pay for a refund.

I spent almost $200.00 and have received emails that confirmed the order and then an email that stated they were shipping half of the order. This was about 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything else about the 2nd order if it has been shipped. When I checked the tracking for the 1st order it says that they do not have the tracking number listed. Oh no I guess I have been scammed – how awful.

To those who’ve ordered, and still waiting. All you can do is report them to BBB and they can contact the company and keep you posted via e-mail. If you’ve used Paypal, you may be able to get your money back there too. I did. However, on line can be difficult, since many scammers tend to change their names to run from the online ‘police’. Best thing to do now a days is always check consumer reviews on google, and on Youtube. Sometimes products have consumer reviews on Amazon.com too. This will save you money and time, not to mention prevent future scammers from getting your hard earned money. I found this story on Youtube interesting, check out “Storytime: Fake Clothing Company Scam on Instagram.” So sorry for your loss.

I just spent $187 on Charmeric clothing. I was not too scared, even knowing it was from China, as I bought my wedding dress from China and it was beautiful.
However, this does look like a scam. I will give it a week and see if I receive anything. Shoot. I really liked these clothes!! Will update here if I get anything.

There is no way to return what you’ve ordered. I only recieved 1 of 4 items. What I got is nothing like what I ordered. I will return on here if I receive the rest of my items and let you know if they are any good or not. So sad because everything is so cute, until you get it and if you get it.

I recognized many dresses from a Texas designer that is an acquaintance of mine. I recognize the model and the clothing. They have definitely stolen her images. Her clothing sales upward of $350 for one garment. They advertise that they are selling that same garment or garments in the $30 range. I will be contacting her to let her know. She is known worldwide and is very protective of her designs. Shameful.

I just received my order and BEWARE!!! the quality is absolute garbage. There were so many great looking items but my gut instinct told me to purchase just one and wait and see what shows up. I ordered this dress, if I could upload the picture you would be horrified!
Fabric quality is of the poorest degree.

My friend has ordered $500 worth clothing over the last 10 days or 12 days we’ve received email saying two articles they have posted off three articles 2 days later and then 4 days later there are two two more articles. I too thought the clothing was beautiful and I placed a $106 order. The clothes arrive only to look like cheap knock off’s Absolutely nothing like the photos. For the past week I’ve been trying to obtain a return label so I can send the clothes back and get a refund. Impossible!!! I sent them photo copy of the original invoice the closing are still in the original packages they keep sending me back to the original webpage with the same return information I’m getting nowhere it’s so frustrating. I’m so glad I used PayPal that’s how I’m going to get my money back !!!

I have not ordered anything from Charmeric as I thought to Google them first and I came up with this website. I have fallen for a very similar site that popped up on Facebook so that has made me aware now.
Basically, as soon as I see Charmeric advertisements on Social Media, I make people aware and tell them not to purchase anything from the site. I also copy this website into the comment page as well, in the hope someone will read it. People need to be made aware and we need to fight against these scammers.

I purchased a dress. It came within a week but didn’t fit, even though I ordered based on the size chart. It was described as cotton and I think cotton is part of the dress. I requested an exchange via the service@charmeric.com address. They responded within a few hours. Asked for all the information about my item/order. I just submitted that info. Please note that customer must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return/exchange the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.
It has been several days and not response!!
There are two Items I have not yet received and and am doubtful they will be any better quality. Lesson learned I will check this site for reviews before purchasing anything in the future.

Well, I just realized I was scammed. I ordered 6 items at $106 five weeks ago. I’ve only received a kinda ok tshirt and this jumpsuit I ordered that looks nothing like the picture in the ad. It looks like a see through potato sack sewn by a 7th grader in home economics class. When I went to website to request a return, customer service doesn’t exist. Not only that, according to another article I read, my financial and personal data has been compromised. Now I have to cancel my debit card when I’m done writing this! I guess that was a very expensive kinda ok tshirt I got out of the deal! These people need to be shut down and sent to prison. I don’t make a lot of money, so spending $106 at one time is a big deal to me. Oh well, I guess lesson learned on my part! �

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from this company or any of their other “companies” like Fairyfeel (many other identical websites under many different names) I order a dress and figured that for $45 through a PayPal payment, I’d give it a shot. Oh man. The dress I received wasn’t even close to looking like the dress in their picture!! The color wasnt even close! Cheap, tacky and just atrociuosly hideous! I’m curious where I can ACTUALLY buy the dress that was in the picture.

If you’re worried about your info getting out there, they also offer PayPal as a payment method. I love this stuff just watch your sizes

Just received my first delivery…what rip-off the dress is totally different from the one I ordered and in fact is not a dress at all but a top!!! I don’t hold out much hope of getting my other two items either. After placing my order, I was a bit concerned about this site as I had seen many of the products for sale on other legitimate sites at a higher cost to, so I searched the reviews after the fact. I was semi-prepared to have to chalk these purchases up to experience. Won’t happen again.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place is a scam. Another Chinese company that advertises something you just don’t know what you are going to get. I ordered a dress for a wedding and when I got it, it was something from the child’s Halloween costumes in WalMart. I request to return and they sent me a long email trying to scare me away from paying for international shipping to return it, offering a 15% refund to keep it. At this point, it is principle and I will pay international shipping for them to refund me the full amount. I have ordered from other Chinese companies that have a US base for returns.

I just learned a tough lesson. I thought that since the Charmeric site appeared on Facebook that it had somehow been “vetted” as legit. I spent $125 and 4 months later received one article of the 5 I ordered. The one dress that I received today-4 months after the purchase was nothing like the photo. horribly cheap quality, ridiculous waiting time and Scammers in customer service who basically tell you whatever to placate you. I am still waiting to see if the other items even arrive. If they’re anything like this one they’ll be going in the trash. Heed this warning!

I received almost all of the items I ordered from them and they are NOTHING like the photos posted. It is obvious that they stole the images and are selling cheaply made reproductions of the items. SO DISAPPOINTED- and returned most of the items after Harassing them to give me the return information. They also make you PAY to return your fraudulent items- so ridiculous. I also tried to post bad reviews on their site and they have to “approve” the review first. They of course have never shown up. Tough lesson for me also learned…… Going to try to ask what my cc company can do about it.

Paypal asked me to file a claim by the police or lawyer and forward them the paperwork in 3 days. I ordered a top from Chimeric and finally received after waiting almost 2 months.
It is too large and when I tried to access their website service@charmeric.com I was unable.
I have emailed another company Qandies which appears to be affiliated to see if I can receive a refund.
I will NEVER order from them again.

I bought a dress for an upcoming wedding………so I thought……it took about one month to get here. It was the wrong color, and the wrong fabric. This was my first experience with on line clothes buying. I will never do it again! I have tried to return it, but the return address doesn’t work. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT’S A JOKE!!!

I am so sorry you have all gone through this, and I suppose this will not make you feel better, but after an accident I received disability as my income, and when I gained alot of weight bc of the accident, I just wanted to buy something pretty and feminine to make me feel better (and none of my clothes fit.
I was thrilled to see the fabrics and colors of these clothes, and that they came in my size. I was about to click the button to purchase them, but something told me to do a search on this company. Something I never do. And I found your comments here.
I saw 1 comment here saying “thank God I only spent $70” or something similar.
For me, even $70 is A LOT of money!
So I am so so so grateful to you all for taking the time to add your experience here. I really truly and grateful to you.

I got 3 of the 7 things I ordered. They were cheaply made and DIRTY!
Items were sent in 3 different packages. When I wrote an email trying to find out where the other items were coming. They just gave me the other tracking numbers. Never returned

The items are cheap. They have great photography. Items look great but is not. Items sizing are all wrong. I ordered 8 clothing items. None work. They were extremely too small or the material was not acceptable at all. I will not return because I refuse to waste any more money. The jewelry was acceptable. The clothing, don’t waste your time. Everything I received so far will be given to charity. Maybe someone will be able to use.

I spent $50 and ordered a beautiful dress… It NEVER ARRIVED! I’ve tried communicating and no one answers! Super frustrating. I had used Paypal so i filed a case with them. Hopefully I’ll get my $ back.. or consider it a lesson learned the hard way. I thought it was legit as they advertised through Facebook and I saw it on the side ads… You’d think Facebook would have check out their advertisers!!!

Scam for sure. I ordered 4 items, received 3 in two different shipments. The fourth item was never received. The items were god-awful in quality, appearance, and fit. Tried going through them for a return/refund with a ridiculous runaround. I filed a PayPal dispute and was given an option to return the items at my cost. The fourth item was cancelled and I return the other three for $23 shipping. I have postal proof of the mailing. After ten days I escalated my Paypal claim and they are now handling it. This morning Charmeric offered me a $17.00 refund which was the cost of the 4th never received item. I declined the offer and will wait for PayPal to finish their investigation. Stay away from Charmeric people!

Do not buy the products do not look nothing like what you are buying
Be paid $500 US dollars tanunda privilege country they told us they’re in England based they are not they’re over in a country I’ve never even heard off they have stolen our money and sent us clothing that looks nothing like the clothing on their site. They are affiliated with other companies I also in the same thing I really want people to understand and get this message do not buy from them they have stolen photographs of clothing from other companies that are legitimate. I cannot believe the crap that was sent to me I am extremely upset and they should be charging the money that the country has not US dollars they love to rip us people off.

On reading reviews, I requested a refund for a product, which had been ordered and not shipped. It was attended to within 24 hours. I explained I was concerned due to poor reviews, and that it was impossible to track the delivery. I received a very nice email outlining their policy. I also received the first part of my order well within the estimated shipping time. Both articles are as they appeared on the website and sizing was good. The materials were also of the apparent same nature as advertised. I am now waiting for a third item. I can provide pictures and emails to prove this is a genuine response.
Whilst others may have had a poor outcome, my experience was excellent.

Horrible company! Placed an order and they took the money. Two months later still no product. They don’t provide a phone number only email. They won’t give information on the order without all of this ridiculous information. If I could shout from the roof tops DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARMERIC!!! I would. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will report them to Better business bureau and anyone else I can.

A friend just spent $70 ordering from this company. I wish I had researched this place before placing an order. I noticed that most of the Charmeric reviews are from many previous months before mine. Why is this company still in operation? Is there anything I can do to get a refund? They haven’t shipped my items. I am very disappointed right now.

Last summer, I bought clothes on this website, I thought it was wonderful clothes, and not exactly low cost, that’s why I thought it would be of good quality …… When the clothes I bought arrived, I saw that they were a terrible imitation of those of the photographs. Ugly fabrics, badly made, with an enormous size, and they did not even look like the ones I ordered. When I wanted to return them, the obstacles were so many that I had to accept only 30% of what they had cost me. My disappointment is enormous when I receive the packages. IT’S A TOTAL FRAUD. I hope they are legally penalized for the fraud they do.

I ordered well over $100 from this site in Aug/Sept. I had to chase everything down and I still haven’t received my complete order. I wear an XL (Kohl’s sizing) and ordered XXL to compensate for foreign sizing and I couldn’t even put my arms in the tops. Quality is very poor. Very disappointed and would never suggest this site!

Ordered several items last year, rec’d some of them but three items outstanding & never rec’d. Enquired and got the run around; back ordered etc will ship in 4-6 weeks. Out $100 US. Most items not as described.
