- It hasn't provided any information about who and from where is operating and running Zarawe.com website. It has only mentioned that it is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom on its "Terms and Conditions" page but hasn't mentioned where it is located in the United Kingdom. Legit online stores always provide the detailed company's address, warehouse address, contact phone number, return shipping address whereas Zarawe hasn't provided any of them. Zarawe.com even has concealed those details in WHOIS.
- The only way to contact Zarawe.com is by sending them an email at "deams1@outlook.com" which is the free email address, not the paid one. But, the legit online stores always provide the paid email address, not the free one.
- Zarawe.com has claimed to sell lots of products at unbelievably low price. For example, it is claiming to sell "folding screen phone" at $45.95 USD. Now that is too good to be true because the folding phone is a very much new technology which is going to be launched by renowned companies like Huawei, Samsung and so on at a price tag near to $2000 or even more. There is no way any company can make such phone at a price less than $45.95 so that they can sell that at $45.95 in the market. It is practically not possible. Anyway, this is just an example. You can find lots of such kinds of products listed at Zarawe online store at a very cheap price. These days there are lots of scam online stores which are claiming to sell the products at a very cheap price but never deliver the products to the clients and just steal their money. So, in this scenario, it is better to stay away from the online stores like Zarawe which is offering the items at a ridiculously cheap price.

I placed an order and haven't heard from them in a month. Sent them an email and no response. Def. a scam. I feel stupid to fall into this. Am disputing the charge to my CC hopefully I will get the money back.

I purchased the folding phone and got a change purse in mail. Decently a acam ..am getting with my bank for refund and new card. Dont order nothing from this company. Its a scam.. They also use shopify platform. I will be contacting them to have them shut down .

Too late. I just got wind of their scam. Silly of me not to notice something is amiss. Its been more than 2 weeks. No sign of the package supposed to arrive by post. I sent email to enquire. They said they will respond within 24 hrs. Their English is bad. I wonder? Is it a scam? They don't sound legit. Let's see how it develops..

Beware of the scam of the company ZARAWE.
ZARAWE are also trading under other names so be aware
I had to go wait 5 weeks and pain and effort contacting ZARAWE was a problem
I contacted legal sources and with fustration of contacting ASIABILL I finally got a refund
If we speak to up we can stop them trading in in Australia

I have ordered folding phone and not received it, emailed zarawe and received a reply next day they said they would resend and have me tracking number but that didn't arrive; next they offered £50 gift voucher that could be used on one of 4 websites, none were suitable for me so I asked for my money back. They are sending for a 3rd time and so the saga continues....

I got robbed. Placed order for folding phone in March and I have neither received the refund nor the phone. They are crooks beyond any doubt. However, I fail to understand how Facebook allows it's users to get cheated by allowing ads from fake sites. Mark should pay for this.

Ordered a Mini laptop for $49.50 on May 20 2019. Got a tracking number the next day. Received a "Gucci" wallet 6 days later. Cheap knockoff. And a week later I got another one. I noticed my Debit card was charged twice, once for $49.50 and a second time the same day for 99 cents.

I sent money for a folding phone ... first I got a wallet, then I sent a claim, then they "sent" me a new phone 🙂 - of course, nothing came .... they sent me a link to the clothes page and they gave me a coupon .... fortunately the goods ordered came .... never more zarawe.com

I purchased / ordered several items includ=ing folding phones, camers etc and nothing received. I emaied them and they supposedly resent order once again nothing receiven tracking numbers given do not register at all emailed again now they want to give me a $35 refund for a $500 order. What a joke, nothing but bloody scamming As@#$%^ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZARAWE AT ALL YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY OR GOODS EVER.
