What is Treasure Pole? Is Treasure Pole a scam or legit?

TreasurePole.com claims to be an online store selling various items at a very cheap price but in reality, we don't think so. We have found lots of drawbacks regarding TreasurePole online store about which we have explained below. So, we don't recommend you to purchase anything from TreasurePole online store and have listed it in our Not Recommended sites list.

Why don't we recommend TreasurePole.com online store?

We don't recommend you to purchase any items from Treasure Pole online store due to the following drawbacks:-

  • TreasurePole.com has mentioned it is governed by the laws of Hong Kong on its "Terms of Service" page and has mentioned its parent company name is Shenzhen Shuofengda E-commerce Co., Ltd. Other than this, it hasn't provided any details about its company's location such as it hasn't provided where it is located in Hong Kong, it hasn't provided any proof of its link with Shenzhen Shuofengda E-commerce Co., Ltd., it hasn't provided its any warehouse or return-shipping address, it hasn't provided any contact phone number and so on. However, legit online stores always provide such details clearly. On top of that, it has even concealed its owner details in WHOIS details. As per its WHOIS details, it looks like 3 countries are involved and those are Panama or Canada or United States, however, not Hong Kong as it has mentioned on its website. Such things happen only with the scam or unprofessional sites, not with the legit ones. You can't find out anywhere its founder name or company's address or contact phone number.
  • "Return Policy" of TreasurePole is a joke because it has mentioned: "All return items must be in their original condition and packaging." It has also mentioned that all sale & promotional items are final and are not eligible for return & exchange. However, all of their products are on sale. On top of that, how can anyone check the items without taking them out of the package? So the "Return Policy" of Treasure Pole makes clear that it doesn't want to give a refund.
  • The website TreasurePole.com has been designed in a very unprofessional way which looks similar to lots of scam sites such as it hasn't provided the required security measures to secure the personal information of the client, instead has provided fake trust seals to trick its users. We can say the trust seals provided by TreasurePole on its product detail pages are fake because none of them are clickable whereas the real trust seals should be clickable so that we can click on them which will send us to the official website of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. On top of that, lots of description used on TreasurePole.com website match with other scam sites.
  • As you know that TreasurePole.com hasn't provided any security measures to secure the personal information of the client, so if you shop at this site using your credit card, then your credit card information might be stolen.
  • TreasurePole.com is selling products on a heavy discount rate which looks too good to be true. These days lots of scam sites are giving such heavy discount on the product price to lure innocent people into their scam. So, if you find some online stores which are giving unbelievably discount, then those online stores have high chance to be a scam.

Actually, most of the scam online stores look similar to TreasurePole.com and most of them hadn't delivered any items to their clients or had delivered either damaged or very cheap quality ones which are completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Few similar types of scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent and have stolen further money from the clients. So, if you have already purchased something from Treasure Pole online store and haven't received that on time, then we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to help you for a refund as well as to cancel your credit card and get the new one.

Due to the above-mentioned drawbacks, we don't recommend you to purchase anything from Treasure Pole and have listed it in our Not Recommended sites list. We also don't recommend you to provide any personal details to TreasurePole.

If your friends and families want to find out either is a TreasurePole scam or legit, then you can share this TreasurePole.com review with them through your social media accounts:-

I had the same problem, buy two pants in March, and send me a fake track number, and never answer my mails.

I have also dealt with 'Zoe' at Treasurepole. She told me to be patient as they had been inundated with orders. I ordered the data protection system from them on 9th February, received a "your item is on the way" with a tracking number that doesn't work in Australia. I contacted them again twice and haven't received a response. I have today lodged a claim with Paypal for a refund.

Ordered two pairs of "Tactical Pants" March 1st, haven't got them as of now April 17th. Got two invalid tracking numbers at two different postal services, then a big silence to the rest of my mails. Filed for refound at PayPal, with not much hope of ever getting the money back.
It's a scam outfit for sure.

Similar experience to other posters - ordered and paid for one pair Tactical pants 6 March 2019. Got series of e-mails soliciting more purchases. No tracking number, no product as at 19 April 2019. Paid by Visa Debit so will be seeking refund.

I'm right there with you. I ordered a pair of the pants 2 months ago and they have not shown up and they will not answer emails. I did pay with paypal so I opened up a complaint with them. Hopefully they will refund my money.

I have been waiting since mid February and have not received my order. I searched on Facebook and found others also complaining of non-deliveries of two months or more. I have opened a dispute resolution with Paypal today. My advice echoes those of others - Treasurepole appears to be a scam site.

Ordered the tactical pants on March. Order was confirmed. Even sent Shipping tracking info. After I didn't receive in 6 weeks I wrote. The again a week later....and once each week for 4 more weeks. I got one reply that said "Due to high volume of orders we are delayed" however they would not answer my questions or give any timing. It is now July and I am calling scam.
    Money is gone.

Ordered 3 magic rugs in February. Contacted the so call company and kept getting the run around about it being a popular item. Tried to contact them again in April no response. Contacted PayPal and started a claim. This went on for another 2 months. Received one package in the mail (this was actually 2 seperate orders). 3 rugs (if you want to call them that) in the package that was NOTHING like I ordered and because payday received confirmation that a package was delivered they closed the case. This company is definitely a scam. Disappointed in PayPal as well in not following up to find out if this was what I ordered BEFORE closing the case.

I bought a snap on bathtub handle to help me get out of the tub. It took 8 months to get here, but when it finally did, one of the locks that holds it on the bathroom wall didn't stay locked. It would pop open after about 10 minutes! I emailed them that I would like a replacement. They asked my for a photo of the shipping package and of the pole. I sent both, but explained to them that a pic of the pole wouldn't show the problem, as it was unsnapping after about 10 minutes. Now they want me to stand in my bathtub for 10 minutes or more and shoot a video of it snapping open!!! Can you believe that????!!!!!! I guess they think that all of their customers are liars!!!!! I told them to f-off and I will buy one elsewhere.!Heard back from them today. They said, "No video of the lock popping open, no return!" Such great customer service!
