The following is an extract from an email I have sent to Bioopo. After reading your review information I wish I had seen it earlier and never ordered with this company. Once bitten, twice shy.
"Dealing with your company has been the worst experience of online purchasing I have ever had. Yes, I received this shipment...well after the event I bought it for had passed. I have still not received my second order eventhough it was supposedly sent. The quality of the outfit I purchased was substandard to be honest. I would not have been happy to wear it to my special event, it is poorly made and the fabric is second rate. Where is my second order? Who knows? Was it ever really sent? I have unsubscribed from your emails as it makes me so annoyed each time I see your business name pop up. Purchasing from your company means that I have wasted almost $100AU on one outfit that was not fit for purpose and another outfit that I doubt I will ever see appear in my mail box. I will NEVER order another item of clothing online again!!!" - #2

Received my order, what I thought I ordered was not what I received!!!
Cheap rubbish material, so I emailed for a refund.
4 emails later they sent me an address to return it to, it would cost me nearly the same amount to send it than I bought it for.
So I’m just going to cut my order up and use it as dish cloths, because that’s basically all it’s useful for. � - #4
This is an awful company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They have sent wrong items and what they did ship looks nothing like what was on the web. I have had back orders for weeks and there are items no longer available but still show on the web site like they can be ordered. I will be lucky to get my money back.

This company is a total sham. What they advertise and what they ship are completely different. Trying to resolve any issue with them is impossible. Stay clear and spread the word.

Total piece of crap...the item I purchased looked luxurious in the ad it was a black faux cost w a supposedly leather belt it was lower than substandard I dont even think I cud GIVE it away to a thrift store VERY dissatisfied..it is a scam waist of time and money...I ordered in jan... just recieved it APRIL 5... this is a scam site

Please d not buy off this site. I wish I had read this article before purchasing. They are a total scam. The product does not look anything like it does on-line and the quality is so poor and they are so deceitful around their eturns. I have now been waiting more than two months for them to process a return and they keep insisting they are still waiting for the items even though Australia Post confirmed it reached China two months ago! Yes China! Please share this information with others to stop them being duped when they see it advertised on social media.

Further update on the absolute scam that Biopo Closet is - after waiting a further month I was surprised to find a package waiting for me which were the items I had returned to them for $40 postage returned to me from Biopo Closet! There must be some authority that can shut this scam site down? If anyone can advise me I would be most grateful.

They are a scam. I did not receive my merchandise nor I received my money back! Do not buy from them you will regret it

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought some outfits that look super cute online but are incredibly cheap. It took weeks to get them and then when I asked for a refund they worked so hard to try and get me to keep the outfits. Eventually they told me to send them back for a full refund which they claim they gave me but never did.

I didn’t review this website before I made the mistake and buy 3 dresses from this FRAUD company. Worst quality ever and they didn’t even have one of the pieces that I ordered. They offered me to choose another thing but base on the poor quality I asked for a refund. It’s been 5 months and they did not refunded my money and keep saying lies to me that the finance department is reviewing and then they said they did it and I have to check with the bank but nothing. No money has been refunded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a Fraud
