- PearlzillaShop has lots of other similarities with a bunch of problematic sites such as ArcladyShop, BasaChic, CoronaBlue, etc. For example:- Its website theme is not so tidy; Lots of images provided on PearlzillaShop website are blurred which don't look like the original pictures; The faces of models have been cropped out from the most of the product images presented on PearlzillaShop website which is mostly done by online stores when they copy-paste those images from other websites without taking a consent so that it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find those images easily; PearlzillaShop hasn't secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton on its product detail pages.
- Since PearlzillaShop hasn't secured its website properly, so your personal and financial information will be on risk if you shop at PearlzillaShop.
- PearlzillaShop hasn't provided the real information about who and from where is operating the Pearlzilla online store. We can say it hasn't provided the real company's address because it has provided two statements on its two "Terms of Service" pages (the one you can find via the bottom of the website, another via the bottom of the Checkout page). In one "Terms of Service", it has mentioned its terms is governed by the laws of the UK while in another "Terms of Service", it has mentioned its terms is governed by the laws of Guangzhou which is a city in China. None of the legit companies provide two "Terms of Service" pages with completely different statements and addresses. So, this proves PearlzillaShop is not providing the real company's address. However, legit online stores always provide the real company's address including phone number. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online store which doesn't provide real contact information.
- We have found lots of online stores these days similar to PearlzillaShop which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Users of similar kinds of sites have also complained about the delivery time and useless refund policy of these kinds of sites. PearlzillaShop has lots of similarities to those kinds of online stores.
- Like other similar kinds of problematic sites, PearlzillaShop is also offering a heavy discount on the price of lots of products listed on its website.

Recently ordered 2 items from Pearlzilla and when I received them they were such poor quality, obviously they had pictures of someone else's clothing and tried to reproduce them in very shabby cheap material. I wanted to return them, which I have, they gave me instructions on how to do it and what information they required. Now they are bombarding me everyday with questions and requests for different information. I doubt I will ever get my money back! DONT SHOP WITH THEMMM!
