I bought a dress in Arclady shop on 6th of Spetember, and the dress arrived yesterday 23th of September, the dress and was not like the image that I saw and wanted to bought it. It arrived a ugly dress with long sleeves and the colour and the design was not the same, it is a ugly cheap dress, with a wrong cut, wrong design and very cheap material.

Do not order from Arcladyshop.com or Ratecuteshop.com. I knew that I was taking a chance when I ordered from this site, but this is a total disgrace. If I could rate zero I would. I ordered "Stylish Long Outerwear Warm Fashion Coat". It is nothing like the photo on the website.The coat is not lined, not the right color or material. It is very cheap in comparison to the image featured. I have two other items I ordered that I have not received and I'd like to cancel them.

Ich kann es nur bestätigen, Arcladyshop ist eine Betrügerische online Bande . Ich habe drei Artikel bestellt wo nach vier Wochen Einzeln bei mir ankamen die Ware war alles andere als zufrieden stellend schlechte Qualität, verfilzt und verfusselte Sachen, schlecht riechend und einfach billig gemacht.
Rückversand erweißt sich als schwierig und kostspielig. Eine richtige online Adresse gibt's da auch nicht . Beim Kundenservice wünscht man Gottes Segen und entschuldigt sich für allgemeine Sachen man geht nicht auf das Problem ein. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und möchte gegen diese Website klagen. - #4
