They have divided countries in four tiers and the maximum money you can earn from Tier 1 countries which are Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and the United States.

From Tier 2 countries you can only earn $20 per 10,000 stream views or downloads. Tier 2 countries include Sweden, Germany, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. From Tier 3 countries you can earn only $10 per 10,000 views or downloads. Tier 3 countries include Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, France, Spain and South Africa. From Tier 4 countries you can only earn $6 per 10,000 views or downloads which include Japan, China, Slovakia, Belgium, India, Singapore, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Poland. Earnings you can make from other countries than those 4 Tiers countries are even less which is only $4 per 10,000 views.

Now you can think yourself how much it is difficult to get 10,000 views on your videos. You can't upload copyright materials like popular movies, videos or shows.
