  1. Hello, one of my friends asked me to open a new user account at usdtserins .cim and pay off his debt in order to settle his debt. I paid 3000 usd to upgrade to VIP3 level, then I had a deposit of 15000 usd from my friend for the debt. which he told me, when I transferred Tether to my account wallet and locked it, I sent it to Gmail support and now I received a message that I have to pay 1100 usdt to activate the VIP level 1 and 2 in order to release my account , but this does not make sense. How can I do this? Should I complain? please guide me?
