Is Substantiag suspicious or genuine?

In brief, there are doubts about the legitimacy of Substantiag.

Why is Substantiag considered as a problematic online store?

After a thorough investigation, it is apparent that Substantiag is an untrustworthy online store, as there are several warning signs. Firstly, the website’s design and content bear a striking resemblance to those of other problematic sites. Furthermore, it offers a wide range of products at heavily discounted prices, which is a common tactic used by fraudulent websites to deceive unsuspecting customers.

Additionally, the website provides fake social media icons that lead to 404 error pages instead of legitimate business-related social media accounts. Customers who have used similar websites have reported multiple issues, including poor product quality, significant delivery delays, delivery of incorrect or inferior products, or no delivery at all. Furthermore, obtaining full refunds has been problematic due to the website’s inadequate refund policies.

Based on the available information, it is reasonable to conclude that Substantiag is a suspicious online store. As such, it is not recommended to use this website for making purchases. It is also better you share this post with your friends and families through your social media accounts so that lots of people know the reality of this online store. It will help them to identify similar kinds of online stores as well.

Actually, many people fall into the scam online stores due to the very low product price that most of the scam online stores offer on relative products. As we have mentioned above, it is also offering a high discount on various products. So, instead of falling for that, avoid them. If you find something too good to be true, then you should know that may not be true. So, donโ€™t fall into the trap of scammers just because they attract you with flashy design, attractive products, and very low prices. Instead, you must know those are signs of bad online stores.

    SCAM-PAGE.
A Facebook page with NO information whatsoever, except for the language – ่‹ฑ่ฏญ , which means “English” in simplified Chinese.
On the website: “About Us” is “Shawn and Erin” with two kids from Texas, with some stock photo. “Contact us” provides the usual throw-away e-mail address. The source code leads to some “besttechcloud”, which is hiding behind “WHOIS”, a well known anonymisator for scam page operators, and shows a connection to “cdn.hotishop”, which is a rather questionable page, too. For some reason, there are a number of terms in simplified Chinese in that code, which seems sort of strange for a page allegedly operated by a couple from Texas… The “Terms of Use” are, by the way, IDENTICAL with those of a number of other Scam Pages – especially that “SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY”, practically excluding all liability for everything.
AND, of course, this company is trying to sell table lamps that DO NOT EXIST IN REALITY.
But they DO give a good reason WHY it might take sooooo long for you to get the article you paid for… they are “nearly out of stock”, and suffer “limited staffing”. – Aside from the fact that the “product” they are selling consists only of computer-generated pictures, stolen from the page of the AI-artist who created them.
Possibly this page also is offering actually existing articles, but I would not rely on timely delivery, quality as promised, or anything else.

I ordered a dog jacket size large recommend for a 5-6 kg dog. It arrived and was too small for my 5.6 kg dog. After 4 e-mails to Substantiag in the UK their final response was that I should give it away to someone as they sent the size I ordered and itโ€™s not cost effective to send another jacket to me. The price was listed at $19.99 but by the time it was put on my Canadian credit card it came to $49.25. Buyer beware if dealing with this company.

I ordered a bird feeder from this online, got scammed, nothing ever showed up, & the โ€œtracking emailsโ€ come from a 24hservice .vip address. Google that & you find its total scam.
Tracking emails said the item left from Tuscaloosa, went to USA customs, then Canada customs, then to the Yukon Territory.
Luckily I used a credit card & got reimbursed after filing a complaint. This company might be legit, somewhereโ€ฆbut if you see it on Facebook marketplace, theyโ€™ve pirated real content & are setting you up to be scammed. Google 24hservice .vip & therm โ€œis substantiag legit,
    Caveat emptorโ€ฆdonโ€™t get scammed!
