But, previously, it had provided its parent company’s address HONGKONG YOINS CO, LIMITED: Room 39, 11/F, Meeco Industrial Building, 53-55 Au Pui Wan Street,Meeco Industrial Building, Fotan, Shatin, 999077, Hong Kong. You can find a bunch of problematic online stores using this address. So, this is definitely a big warning bell to stay away from this online store.
• All the online stores using the aforementioned address have a bunch of common complaints from their clients about the poor quality of the products that they delivered. Clients have complained that their customer support is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different from what they have advertised on their website due to which they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Clients have also complained about their delivery time and useless refund policy, according to which they can’t get full refund.
• Its website isn’t secured properly with extra security measures like McAfee, Norton, etc. So, if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.
