You must be here to find out the reality of Ouslily.com online store, right? If so, then you are in the right place since through this Ouslily review, you are going to find out the complete truth so that you will have a clear idea either is an Ouslily.com scam or genuine. So, let’s begin with our Ouslily review to find out either is an Ouslily scam or trustworthy.

Actually, we don’t recommend Ouslily. If you want to know why we don’t recommend Ouslily, then keep on reading this Ouslily review.

Ouslily complaints. Is an Ouslily fake or real? Is an Ouslily legit or fraud?

We don’t recommend Ouslily due to the following reasons:-

  • Ouslily has lots of other similarities with a bunch of problematic sites such as Chiclv, MolyDress, PearlzillaShop, ArcladyShop, BasaChic, CoronaBlue, etc. For example:- Its website theme is not so tidy; Lots of images provided on Ouslily website are blurred which don’t look like the original pictures; The faces of models have been cropped out from the most of the product images presented on Ouslily website which is mostly done by online stores when they copy-paste those images from other websites without taking a consent so that it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find those images easily; Ouslily hasn’t secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee and Norton on its Checkout page.
  • Since Ouslily hasn’t secured its website properly, so your personal and financial information will be on risk if you shop at Ouslily.
  • Ouslily hasn’t provided its company’s address or contact phone number. However, most of the legit online stores provide detailed contact information including phone number. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online store which doesn’t provide the contact details.
  • We have found lots of online stores these days similar to Ouslily which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Users of similar kinds of sites have also complained about the delivery time and useless refund policy of these kinds of sites. Ouslily has lots of similarities to those kinds of online stores.
  • Like other similar kinds of problematic sites, Ouslily is also offering a heavy discount on the price of lots of products listed on its website.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, we don’t recommend Ouslily. So, we have listed Ouslily in our Not Recommended sites list. However, if you have a different opinion or want to provide your own Ouslily reviews, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

You can also comment below if you want to report about any online scams. After all your comment can help others here to identify more scams.

It is also better you share this post with your friends and families through your social media accounts so that lots of people know the reality of online stores like Ouslily. It will help them to identify similar kinds of online stores.

Actually, many people fall into the scam online stores due to the very low product price that most of the scam online stores offer on relative products. Ouslily is also offering a high discount on various products listed on Ouslily website. So, many people fall into scam online stores due to the price they offer. However, instead of falling for that, avoid them. If you find something too good to be true, then you should know that may not be true. So, don’t fall into the trap of scammers just because they attract you with flashy design, attractive products, and very low price. Instead, you must know that is a sign of bad online stores.

Please feel free to share this Ouslily review with your friends and families through your social media accounts so that they can find out either is an Ouslily genuine or hoax:-

Ouslily online store has horrible customer service and cheap clothes that don’t look like the pictures shown online! A sweatshirt advertised is actually a T-shirt. I had ordered multiple items but what I had received was not what I had ordered, they had completely different prints with totally different logos/saying on the tees, when I emailed to request a refund or the correct items – because they don’t have a phone number to contact them – they took over a week to respond to me- they said they couldn’t do anything about it and could I just keep it or give it away to a friend. What?!!!

My situation is similar to Rebecca W’s. I ordered a sweatshirt, and what arrived weeks later was thin, cheaply made and fit poorly. I contacted customer service through the email address provided and, after MANY email exchanges back and forth, was ultimately unable to return the product. I first had to wait until the order showed up as delivered in their system before they would discuss a return with me; for some reason, it took two days after it was actually delivered to me to reflect as delivered in their system. They then requested that I send a photo of the product I received; the issue was simply that the quality was poor and it didn’t fit me, which is not clear from a photo. They first suggested that I keep it, sell it or give it to a friend. Then they offered me a gift card in the amount of $3 USD to their site, claiming that return shipping was too expensive. After many similar (redundant) emails back and forth, they increased their gift card offer to $5 USD then $6 USD. I eventually stopped replying to them, and haven’t heard back since.

I had the same problems as above. Items were not as pictured and terrible quality. After 8 emails to them, I’m still unable to get a return address. They will not take back my items or give me my money back. They actually told me I should try reselling it online! There website promised hassle free shipping with full returns. How do we get these false return policies shut down?!?

I ordered a sweatshirt over a month ago. It has been in transit for several weeks. I have attempted to contact the company but have been unsuccessful. I am sure at this point my item will not be here by Christmas. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company is a total sham.

I had a similar problem. I ordered a bracelet about a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I was able to submit a claim after tons of emails to the seller. They just kept saying my order was processing and I should receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number soon. The final email almost a month later said that it was shipped and I should expect it in 2-9 days. Those days passed and still nothing. So now I’m waiting for PayPal to hopefully get my money back….here’s hoping and it’s the last time I purchase online without researching!!

I ordered two Morse Code silver bracelets in a lovely presentation box that said hand made, sterling silver and the translation of the code printed across under the bracelet. I received a piece of string with what looks like plastic or tin attachments in a small clear plastic bag, no idea what, if anything, they stand for, no translation, no nothing. Disgusted. They said price was for bracelets only, but, it was shown on the ad in the box. So upset as they were presents for my daughters, but I wouldn’t give them to anyone and I’m £25.00 worse off.

I have been demanding a refund for a non-shipped item for several days now. Happily, I paid through PayPal and they will remedy the situation. I am hopeful that I can encourage PayPal to remove them from companies they will work with.

I ordered a sweatshirt back on January 15th for Valentines Day. Today is February 11th. I just re-emailed my 2nd dissatisfaction to the customer service department. I did get a response from the first one saying that everything was hand made and it takes time. I did tell them that if I did not receive it in the next 2 business days that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Not that it matters since I do live in the states and they (I’ve realized now) are over seas. I will definitely make sure that the next time I order any item, I check the reviews first. Lol!

I ordered a top in January for Valentine’s Day to wear tomorrow. I sent them an email on this past Sunday inquiring where my order was at. They responded it was processed and will be shipped, and that I would soon receive a shipping update with tracking number. Well here is is Feb. 13th and nothing. I sent them another email this morning voicing how disappointed I was and at this point I don’t even want the top, I want a full refund. I wish I had checked out these reviews first before ordering.

After waiting almost 2 months for delivery, the item that was advertised as being packaged in a fun, descriptive (with expletives) display box (which made decent gift) came in a little plastic baggy instead. What a disappointment – especially because I ordered two of them – doubly disappointed! F*ck them!

I ordered a sweatshirt on 2-6-2020 and never received a confirmation email, just a welcome email and that I will love my purchase and then a few more emails offering more items and discounts. On 2-17-2020 I emailed inquiring about my order. They wrote back asking me for my order number which I never received. I wrote back four times explaining I never received a order # and receive no reply’s. They did take $27.59 Out of my Discover card. My Discover card statement shows $27.59 Through PayPal. I disputed the purchase with Discover card and they are working on a refund. These people are scammers and I am kicking myself for not researching this company name since it sounds so much like zulilly! I’m going to complain to FB as well since that’s were I saw the 1st advertising. Total scam!

I was scammed like everyone else. I wish I had read reviews or researched them first. Ordered 4 of the Morse code bracelets as gifts on Jan. 13. After numerous emails I received 4 plastic baggies with crappy bracelets. No boxes. No cards stating the meaning as shown on their website. I have no idea what means what! I paid through PayPal so I am filing a request for reimbursement but am not holding my breath as I can’t even access their website now. Total scam!

Same experience as everyone else, how do we get these criminals shut down from trading. The problem is constant across all the messages. Mine was they shipped the wrong goods, I complained and they said its too expensive to return, but wont give us an address. We keep getting told to keep them or sell them on. Then they offer a $5 credit for use on there site… As if I am buying anything else… $50 out of pocket by these criminals.

I placed an order in January and it’s the end of March and I haven’t received anything! They responded once to my email in the beginning but I haven’t been able to get them to respond when I asked to cancel my order or question why I haven’t received my order. Has anyone filed a compliant with the BBB or with anyone else? TOTALLY FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THIS “COMPANY.”
