Layssard complaints legit or fraud?

We think Layssard is not a trustworthy site since it has the following drawbacks:-

Commonly Scammed Items:

Lots of items that it is selling are found to be selling by lots of scam sites with same product images and details.

Company’s Contact Information:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as on its Terms and Conditions which is “AIMARK LTD: Chase Business Centre, 39-41 Chase Side, London, United Kingdom, N14 5BP“. You can find multiple problematic sites with this parent company name such as are Artns-Store, InsgraDesign, NicceHoliday, Delicacykis, Grisset, Southood, etc.

It has also provided Company Name : Moria Plus Company Address :253 Rue Saint Honore ,75001 Paris France on its About Us page. On or around this address, we don’t find any business named Gantnier or Moria Plus on Google Maps but other businesses are found on that address. You can find multiple problematic sites with this parent company name such as are Gantnier, etc. Its obvious that legit online stores mostly provide detailed contact information which can be easily verified while scam ones either don’t provide any contact details or provide fake ones.

Duplicate content:

Lots of details and its website design match with multiple scam sites. The legit sites mostly have genuine content, not copy-paste ones.

Security Concerns:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. at product detail pages. So, your personal and financial details like credit card information might be at risk if you purchase on this online store.

Social Media Icons:

It hasn’t provided social media icons linked to its social media pages or profiles, so it may not have its social media pages or profiles. Most of the legit online stores have their social media pages.

Problematic Return/Refund Policy:

Its Return Policy is very confusing which will make you very difficult to get full refund. You can find exactly the same kind of Return Policy on lots of scam sites.

Complaints of the Customers:

You can find lots of complaints from users of similar kinds of sites about the product quality, customer service and delivery time. Some users have also complained that they never received their products from similar kinds of sites.

Sadly, I am one more victim scammed by the online store Lyssard.
I bought a doll for my granddaughter and what they sent me was a horrible little rag doll wrapped in a plastic bag. Nothing to do with the doll I was supposedly acquiring. It looked like a serious business and I trusted them. I had never had an experience like this.
I wrote to them making the pertinent claim, with photographs of what I received, instead of what I had supposedly acquired from the address that is a page and I have not received any response.
