total rip off is correct. I ordered a cashmere sweater for Christmas and received a cheap shirt made in china…have the label to prove it. I sent all the information they requested back to them and haven’t heard from them since. I wanted a full refund.

Bought jumper advertised as merino wool, what eventually turned up after 3 weeks wait was something resembling a cheap football shirt; polyester or some other cheap synthetic material. it is absolutely not acceptable to sell stuff in this way. whoever owns Gantnier and there seem to be multiple addresses is a crook. they do not reply to emails and provide no documentation with the product or return address on their website. I am also disappointed with Facebook for promoting this sort of bogus and fraudulent website. Mark Zuckerberg profits from crime, it’s made him a hundredfold billionaire, he is a disgrace.
