I buy a drone too, i receive a toy , very bad. I complaint to Paypal, a china compagny ask to send back the pruchase to them ?? I don't know who is this compagny, i buy to Flamex, the compagny billing is DOVANIS JEWELRY , the paypa account is hadeseusqw@gmail.com
I think if i send my purchase to them i will never see my money. And why i need to pay the shipping ?

Meine zweite Bestellung bei FlamenX wurde heute geliefert. Es ist, wie schon bei der ersten Lieferung, der falsche und minderwertige Artikel, statt des beworbenen und von mir gekauften Produkts. Das kann kein Zufall sein, sondern ist bewusster Betrug! Hochwertige Drohnen wurden stark reduziert angeboten und billige Drohnen geliefert. Die Rücksendekosten nach China, zwecks Erstattung des Kaufpreises belaufen sich auf ca. 50€, was eine Retoure unsinnig macht. Diesem Händler muss dringend das Geschäft verboten werden. Er zieht sein gesamtes Heimatland und von dort seriös agierende Händler mit solchen Praktiken in weltweiten Verruf.

My second order at Flamenx was delivered today. It is, as with the first delivery, the wrong and inferior item, instead of the product advertised and bought by me. This can not be a coincidence, but deliberate fraud! High-quality drones were offered greatly reduced and delivered cheap drones. The return costs to China, in order to reimburse the purchase price, amount to about 50 €, which makes a return nonsensical. This dealer urgently needs to be banned from doing business. He is drawing his entire home country and from there reputable traders with such practices into worldwide disrepute.

I had ordered a vacuum cleaner and did not deliver even after 2 months, i raised a dispute with paypal and got my money refunded.
If you have used paypal or credit card you can raise a dispute and get the money refunded.

I too have been scammed by this company and I’m in the process of despute in PayPal I don’t know if this helps but I did take down the company address

Hi, Thanks for this , I have reported this fraud to Paypal waiting for respond , but my card provider American express is not cooperative at all !! and they wasted my time that they will flow the case but they did not!
