- We have found lots of online stores these days similar to Fancykose which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Hello my name is stacey I'm 7mos pregnant and was searching online for my baby shower dress. When I found the dress that I wanted I found it on the site called fancykose.com. what a big mistake after waiting so long and recieved it I was highly disappointed. Nothing like the picture very cheap material and very poorly made. Went to report to there customer service for a refund and return there product, they continued to keep ignoring me. I just want my money back and send there crap dress back to them but at the same time help others not to fall into this trap. I wonder if anyone has ever really got in contact with them and got there money back or how and where to report them so they can officially be shut down.
