For years I have been trying to find out how sponsored vendors on Facebook pay for their ads. I know there is no process to report /complain/remove them.
Most of Facebook sponsored vendor is a scam and they know it. The statistics below each ad are invalid. The word "sponsored" next to the name makes Facebook part of the conspiracy. The statistics below each ad represent Facebook interaction with that vendor. The fraudulent representation of the vendors and the Facebook support is in violation of many Federal Trade Commission laws .
