I placed an order on February 28, 2023 from what I thought was an affiliate of Macy's for 11 items totaling $37.35. I received a confirmation #1712 along with a tracking number from a company called egositics .com. Today I received that item with the same tracking number information. It was a scarf that I never ordered and there was no packing slip in the envelope. The charge on my Discover Card says it was from Fadel Beatty ltd. There is no address or phone # listed on the transaction. I did contact my credit card company and they are also investigating this charge.
Another complaint:
This is a scam company. I ordered 11 pairs of shoes and they sent me a scarf that I did not order. They is an email address but no one is responding to my complaint, but the money has already been deducted from my credit card. Please do not deal with this company, they are frauds and only want to scam you for your information and money.
