- Craybee has lots of similarities with a bunch of problematic sites such as Devaleg, PetalPrim, Shopsoka, Koroutlet, Finemare, Superje, AkaiFashion, JoePretty, Cutevana, Ouslily, PearlzillaShop, ArcladyShop, etc. For example:- Its website theme is not so tidy; Lots of images provided on the Craybee website are blurred which don’t look like the original pictures; Lots of categories provided on the Craybee website are completely empty, so there is no reason to provide so many categories when they don’t have anything to list under those categories. Professional sites never make unnecessary categories; Craybee is providing a huge discount on the price of almost all products listed on its website which is too good to be true; Craybee has mentioned its “Return Policy” is published on 10/28/2014 and updated at 05/10/2017 but the domain Craybee.com has been registered at November 2019. So how can it update something on its website before its launch? This proves it has copy-pasted those details from other websites; Actually, Craybee is a copycat of the Devaleg website which is one of the problematic sites.
- When we searched the given company’s address (3881 Whitman Court – Bridgeport – Connecticut – 06604 – USA) of Craybee on Google Map, we find out that this address is not an address of any shop or company with the name Craybee. We are unable to locate any shop or physical store on the given address. Actually, Google Map even fails to locate the exact match of the given address and only locates a partial match address. So, it looks like Craybee has provided the fake company’s address. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online stores that provide doubtful statements and contact details.
- We have found lots of online stores these days similar to Craybee which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Users of similar kinds of sites have also complained about the delivery time and useless refund policy of these kinds of sites. Some of these kinds of sites even haven’t delivered anything to their clients. Craybee has lots of similarities to those kinds of online stores.

I ordered a 24″ Inflatable Blow Up Christmas Yard Lawn Santa Decoration online from Craybee about 2 weeks ago. I never received an email confirming my order nor have I received the item. My concern is that it is a bogus company and while the item I ordered was only $2.88, they have my credit card information. What do I do to prevent them from scamming my account? I am checking with my bank every few days to be aware of any charges by them. I’m certain at this point I, too, have fallen victim to their ploy. Any advice would be appreciated.

Cancel your credit card. Dispute the $2.88 charge. Even though it is small, it may help the credit card company detect fraud.

I made a purchase from Craybee. Never got a confirmation email. Nothing has been charged yet to my account as it has only been a couple days but now they have my card info!! I called the number listed ans it is not in service! What should i do?

the same thing happened to me today I’m still waiting for the order confirmation after an hour of ordering my item and they haven’t touched my money…do not buy here !!! this is all so suspicious! My bank told me to wait it out but it’s honestly too much and I may just have to report my card stolen because I don’t need this stress. There is no way to reach these people either which makes matters worse.

Everyone who has provided credit card details or purchased anything from the Craybee store, they should immediately contact their bank or credit card company and cancel their credit card and get the new one. Also, dispute the charge and get a refund even for a small amount. Good Luck!

I made a purchase over a week ago and even sent a ticket to them but no response they have not charged my account or done anything to the order…..it was 40$ and I hate having to make sure that i have 40 in my account at this point im just going to buy from walmart for 5 extra dollars if i get randomly charged in a month or at all by them im getting a new card

if anyone has actually been charged by them with no item please comment so I can sleep at night and confirm or deny they are a scam because everyone is saying maybe nobody is confirming and its making me paranoid

Update: so its been almost two week and I still haven’t been charged and now i can no longer look up my order on craybee it says order not found.

I’m having the same issue and just reported my card as lost. Never got a charge on my card but just can’t trust that they are reputable. They didn’t reply to email and their phone doesn’t work.
