3rd December 2023 I ordered two items from COOPERATEM , a company advertising on FACEBOOK! Parcel was delivered in January 2024, whilst one item was 'acceptable' the garment was not. I had ordered UK SIZE 10 Cooperatem sent X/L EXTRA LARGE! I contacted the company by email, they said their warehouse sent the correct size and there was nothing wrong with the quality. Since then I have emailed them numerous times and their reply is always the same, which included their suggestions of pass it on, paying for shipping the item back to China, stop complaining and offering me £2 or £3! I have a copy of my order and a copy of the warehouse order where the size 10 has been TIPP-EX'd out! This company are serial scammers wholly owned by Manner Trading Co. LTD based in Cambridge CB2 8D. I am reporting this because both companies should be closed down immediately to stop 1,000's of people like me being cheated by these scumbags!
