Auate Review: Is Auate.com a Scam or a Legit?

If you are searching for Auate.com reviews to find out either is an Auate scam or legit, then you have landed in the right place. Through our Auate.com review, you are going to find out the complete truth about this company.

So, then what is Auate.com? Is Auate a scam?

Auate.com is an online store site claiming to sell the branded LG Smart TVs at a very cheap price. However, if you ask the LG company by contacting them through their official website, then you will find out that Auate.com is not authorized to sell the LG products. Actually, if LG ever wants to give a discount on their products, they will do that through their own official website as well as through their authorized distributors. So, this is a big warning bell to stay away from Auate.

Let's find out more about Auate as below.

Beware of Auate

You already know the fact that Auate is not authorized to sell the LG products, so how is it selling the LG products by giving the huge discount, up to 80% off?

These days you can find lots of online scams claiming to sell different kinds of items at a very cheap price but never deliver the purchased items to the clients. Some online stores may send items to the clients but completely different or broken or damaged items which will be completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Actually, we have already reviewed lots of such scams some of which are EccoBlackFriday, CybermanKind, HobbiLaunch, UbootDeal, BoseEShops, FGVips, Rbeall, Wowm, MusicEnjoyStore, ShopByHot, Eccoemall, OutdoorsWell, TheTrendyDealStore, FineFurnitureu and so on.

So, in this situation, you should be always cautious to purchase anything from the new online store because these online store scams not only steal your money by not delivering your purchase items but they can also charge your credit card randomly without your consent. So, we advise you to immediately contact your bank or credit card company and follow their instruction to secure your credit card if you have already purchased some items from scam companies using your credit card.

Whenever you want to purchase some items from unknown online stores, the first thing you should check is their "contact us" section because legit online stores always provide the detailed contact information such as the address of the company, phone number and so on in their contact section. But, the scam companies only provide the email address to contact them. In the case of Auate also, it hasn't provided any details about who and from where is operating and running this site. Not only that, but Auate has also concealed its owner information within WHOIS details. So, in this situation, it's wise to stay away from Auate. That's why we have listed Auate within our Not Recommended sites list which means we don't recommend Auate.

Please feel free to share this Auate review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this Auate online store:-

    Dear Alex,
Yes, they are not affiliated with LG. Can you explain us in detail how they scam you? Either they scam you by sending damaged or completely different item or even they didn't send you the item?

I received a confirmation email from customer support, and now I've received tracking info from China with expected arrival in 20 days. I'm going to cancel my card, but not dispute it quite yet. I ordered from a clone site www.eaomc.com.

Thanks everyone for reporting about Auate and supporting our review here. We also thankful to "Ken Wood" for reporting us about Eaomc. Yes, Eaomc.com. is also a scam as same as Auate. Dear Nisha, it's better you contact your bank or credit card company and follow their instruction to get a refund if possible, otherwise at least cancel your credit card to save your money. Dear Sylvio, Don't wait 30 days, instead immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your money. Actually, we advise everyone to contact their bank or credit card company to secure their money if they have made a purchased from Auate or any other scam sites.

I ordered a TV on Black Friday. I had to ask for a receipt to get a tracking number. It says, if you hit the translate button, shipped out, on a flight, etc. The problem is it keeps starting back at the original city over and over. It's a bot spitting out fake shipping info. Also, I had to use a link that went directly to shipping info. If I tried going to the shipper and pasting a tracking number, my antivirus stops me. It has a "PUP".

    Chris,
same thing happening to me...99.999% it's scam.
however, I will still wait 20 total days as they said... Facebook is allowing anyone to scam.. How irresponsible FB is!!
FB is making billions of dollars everyday... Why they are crazy to earn money by allowing scammers to market in FB... I personally think behind all these scams, FB and similar companies responsible...
There is nothing i can do other then putting small comment here.. My suggestion: Do your own research before placing these kind of orders...

Has ANYONE received a tracking number and waited the 20 business days?! I have a working tracking# and I am coming up to 20 days soon.....

  • #24

    India (Tuesday, 18 December 2018 09:02)

    @michelle
I believe they said to wait total 20 business days..
So, Total we have to wait over a month if you exclude holidays and weekends.
I am going to wait at least 6 weeks before go for dispute.
If your transaction is from USA they no need to worry because you can always dispute your transaction. For others, so far i haven't heard that any one waited for 20 business days... Hope this helps...

Their delivery system sucks. You can't track you product because it is untrackable and unregistered. Mine supposedly made it to the post office in the U.S. but the never delivered it to my physical address. They now don't answer my emails on trying to at least get it shipped back out or refund. Just a headache. At this point I will take the loss just don't mess with my bank account. Arrrg.

I was also scammed out of $137.00 By Galsworthy Geordie inc. The worst thing is my financial institution gave me a provisional credit until the investigation was done when they got back to me they said i was liable and that the merchant produced all my info to say i made this purchase email ,shipping address and card info, . So at this point I'm going to physically track them down. A Few of my tech heads all helping me so if you happen to hear about the destruction of this so called business don't blame it on this Devil Dog and don't worry i have a passport. I will find you ...lol its what i do for a living
