- All the online stores operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED have a bunch of common complaints from their clients about the poor quality of the products. Clients of CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED have always complained that their customer support is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website and are also very cheap than what they have paid for. Clients have also complained about their delivery time and useless refund policy which let them pay for a refund.
- Looks like CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED already knows the fact that their company reputation has been already ruined because they haven't provided any company's name or company's address on their website. We found ClosetNote is operating by CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED only after checking the WHOIS details. Those folks claim: "Our team of professional buyers identify all the latest fashion trends, at the same time examine every detail of product quality. They work with emerging designers and brands worldwide, and together present collections of creative, trendy, high craftsmanship fashion on Closetnote .." IN REALITY that is a LIE. they stole MY photos, me modeling MY original designs and they claim they are going to sell that same exact item to you? beware! they want YOUR credit info and you will get a cheap repro of my originals. sigh

I ordered four pieces of clothing from Charmeric,. I only received two of the four and they were nothing like the advertised pieces I bought .Also The tracking numbers that were sent to me were fake. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Horrible scam. Payed 40 bucks for a cute summer dress and received a totally different dress made out of cheap cotton. There probably isn’t anyway for me to get my money back

Totally corrupt operation. Dress arrived totally different from picture. Attempting to return creates endless loop. Unable to communicate with them. going to try to stop payment.

I do NOT recommend this site because the item received was not as advertised and they do not pay return shipping. Shirt advertised as embellished with beads, sequins and more, was supposed to be appliqued with lace and ribbons. Came with only two sickly roses and one bright red flower (on a green and burgundy shirt???) and a few cheap non-matching ribbons. The size was about 4 sizes too small and was only 18" long! This "tunic" barely reached my waist! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Dress arrived completely different and totally cheap compared to what was ordered; anyone tried to return it to the return address on the shipping envelope? If they had made the dress the way it was advertised, I would probably have ignored the garbage workmanship.. Sigh.. you live and learn.
I may send it there with tracking and see what happens; at least will be able to provide that number to pp for their ‘investigation..’ - #9
It happened the same to me! Instead of a beautiful summer dress, I got a piece of horrible cloth! It make no sense to send it back, because it costs almost as much as a dress. They gave me 25% of the price of this rag. They work that way! They send garbage, it's not profitable to send it back, so they offer scraps, and the rest is their pure earnings !! it's scandalous and shameful!!!

It is a total scam! I have ordered something in july. They withdrew my money immediately but never sent the items 2 months later... I wrote to them several times and they always said my delivery was slightly delayed. At the end, I asked for a refund, which I got, but I have paid the exchange rates and the 2.5% that my credit card charges for all foreign currencies operations. Very deceived!

Yep, same bad experience here. Ordered 6 items, received 2, and they were poorly made, with blended (not cotton) materials, so the garments were terrible. I thought I recognized photos from "Magnolia Pearl" a very high dollar (because their fabrics are a huge part of their design), brick and mortar and online store. @ items where supposedly delivered, never saw them, one which is still on their webpage was reimbursed due to "out of stock", and one item remains supposedly on it's way, weeks after they claimed it was shipped. Bottom line... The clothes are not the clothes in most pictures, you run a high risk of not getting what you ordered at all, and may run into "no honest communication", if any communication at all.

Pictures of the beautiful clothing lured me into ordering an item in early August. It is now mid October & no delivery of my order has been received. This made me conclude that I was scammed out of my payment which I would chalk up to experience. Today I received an email stating the item is "out of stock" and a refund to my credit card account will be issued. I deeply regret that I did not check reviews before ordering. My greatest concern is regarding my credit card information. I don't care about the item, or the money but I am now extremely worried about my credit info.

Bummer, cause I think this clothing style is drop dead gorgeous, unlike anything I can find anywhere. I so wish they were ligit … I wanted one of everything.

I just received the dress that we ordered for my daughter a few weeks ago and we are totally happy with it.
