• KindEyes.co has provided its address as “250 Homer St., Olean NY 14760, United States” on its “About Us” page, however, on its “Terms of Service” page, it has mentioned it is governed by the laws of Canada. So if it is from the United States, then it should be governed by the laws of the United States, not Canada. Not only that, even on its “Privacy Policy” page, it has provided its address as “5 Mariner Terrace, 2106, Toronto ON M5V3V6, Canada”. So, which address should we believe to be real? Either is KindEyes from the United States or Canada? It proves either it has provided the fake company’s address or it has copy-pasted its TOS and Privacy Policy pages from other websites. Both ways, it is definitely not a good sign.
• It has made very difficult to find its TOS and Privacy Policy pages. Those pages can be found only at the bottom of the checkout page in a very small letter. On top of that, lots of description in those pages match with lots of scam sites. So, it is clear that it has copy-pasted its TOS and Privacy Policy pages from other sites.
• We checked the given addresses of KindEyes.co on Google map and tried to locate the company there but we didn’t find any company with name KindEyes around that location.
