Why is Ellaos a Ponzi Scheme?
Ellaos is a Ponzi scheme because it is paying its members by routing the money between the members which is not a sustainable way of business. It is paying one member using the money invested by another member by adding the profit to the principal amount using the investment of additional members which makes it unsustainable due to which it will ultimately collapse. These kinds of companies can’t pay for a long time and either will stop paying or completely shut down.
We can confirm it is paying its the members only by routing the money between the members but not by making any real profit because of its business claim which is completely bogus. It claims to pay 120% profit in 10 days on the investment amount of members but fails to provide the proof of its income source from where it can make such huge amount of profit. On the other hand, if someone really can make up to 120% profit in 10 days, then he/she will not collect the investment from several people and pay them 120% in 10 days, instead will simply take a loan from a bank (either business or personal loan) and invest that money in his/her project to make good amount of profit for him/herself. Why does anyone want to pay 120% profit in 10 days instead of paying 1% monthly interest rate to the bank if they need to raise a fund to invest in their guaranteed profit project?
So, this bogus claim itself proves Ellaos is a Ponzi scheme.
Actually, companies like Ellaos only pay few members at starting and that is also only to show the payment proofs so that they can lure more people into their scam and run away with the big amount of money. Every Ponzi schemes pay only for this reason, otherwise, they don’t have the intention to pay their users, only to scam them.
The Ponzi schemes like Ellaos not only scam people by taking away their invested money but also scam them by charging their credit card randomly if they ever find out the credit card information of the members. So, those who invest in Ponzi schemes directly using their credit card, they also run a risk of credit card fraud.
Ellaos is also a Pyramid scheme because it is paying the referral commission up to two level downlines same like MLM companies but without selling any real products and services, just one the sales of its Ponzi ROI plans.
