However, we have found some suspicious things about Chicchoo.com due to which we don’t recommend it and have listed it in our Not Recommended sites list. We don’t recommend Chicchoo due to the following reasons:-
Although Chicchoo has mentioned it is from London on its contact us page, on its “Return Policy Page” it has provided its return address as “4th Floor, Jiadu Technology Building, No. 4 Jiangong Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou”. However, this particular address has been using by other sites such as “misboho.com”, “dresslikeu.com” and so on. Actually, the whole return policy of Chicchoo has been copy-pasted from other sites including the address which is definitely not a good sign.
Other than the copy paste address from China provided by Chicchoo on its “Return Policy” page, on its “Contact Us” page, it has provided its company’s name and address as “Qandies Limited, 617, Crown House North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN”. Now, this is a big warning because there are multiple scam sites using their company name as Qandies Limited. On top of that, providing two addresses from two different countries for the same company is definitely not a good sign.
Other than those two copy-pasted address, Chicchoo hasn’t provided any other address, neither it has provided any phone number nor any warehouse’s address. The only way to contact Chicchoo’s team is via email or via its Facebook account. These days there are lots of scam online stores, so it is hard to believe those online stores who even don’t provide their detailed contact information and just copy paste address from other sites. So, this is the main reason why we don’t recommend it.

This company is scammer. They took my order 25 days ago , but they did not send my order. I put disputes on my credit card, I would like to share it with everyone. They do not have direct service members, nor phone number. They only send me some emails with fake tracking number. When I put tracking number, it says “ there is not such a track. I do not believe they have shop even.

The dress I ordered had fabric caught in the zipper when I took it out of the bag. It was shorter than shown in the photos. It looked terrible. Very poor quality control. Do not order from them. I would return it if I could.

I ordered three dresses and only received two of them. The one that was the most expensive never showed up. I sent a message and an email and never heard back from them.

Be careful with this one. I ordered two dresses from them. After about a month I received one of the dresses. I had ordered according to the size chart and ordered a size bigger. Sadly the dress was still way too small. I never did receive the other dress, although they did charge me for it and they haven’t responded to my e-mail. So it looks like I’ve paid for two dresses but have none to wear. The package came with nothing but the dress. No receipt, no return info or labels, nothing! So I can’t even return the dress that I did get. Please don’t give these people your business!

How do I seek legal action to obtain a refund for items never received ? I have sent several emails canceling the order as it was ordered two months ago and has still not arrived.

I ordered 4 items and only 1 item arrived – and it wasn’t even anything I ordered – it was a really weird, red pantsuit that smelled like cigarette smoke. Really gross. I have emailed customer service twice and gotten no response. I should have known better. This is a scam and shame on Facebook for promoting this company.

I ordered and paid three dresses, recieved one, and no reply to any complaints. Have not started to see if I can do anything about the credit card charges… but it seems it is more or less a scam or they dont have their act together-

I ordered 3 dresses and only received 2, with no explanation. I wrote to them and they responded telling me the third one was no longer available and that I would be reimbursed. It has been more than a month and after a few more emails from me I have heard nothing and never received the reimbursement. I am going to report them to Facebook where I see a lot of their advertising. They should be taken down and others should report them too.
