Vevor complaints fake or real?

We have found Vevor is not a genuine site since it has the following drawbacks:-

Commonly Scammed Items:

Lots of items that it is selling are found to be selling by lots of scam sites with same product images and details.

Duplicate content:

Lots of details and its website design match with multiple problematic sites. The legit sites mostly have genuine content, not copy-paste ones.

Problematic Return/Refund Policy:

Its Return & Refund Policy is very confusing which will make you very difficult to get full refund. You can find exactly the same kind of Return Policy on lots of scam sites.

Complaints of the Customers:

You can find lots of complaints from users of similar kinds of sites about the product quality, customer service and delivery time. Some users have also complained that they never received their products from similar kinds of sites.

  1. Regarding “Commonly Scammed Items, Duplicate content, etc.”, did you ever consider that the scam sites are duplicating VEVOR to look legit? You also compare customer complaints to “similar sites”. Since you have not done business with VEVOR directly, or have no first hand customer information, I find your “conclusion” to be baseless. And, no, I have not done business with them. Just doing my research.

  2. I was shipped a product that the company quickly ACKNOWLEDGED was defective. Still, I went around and around with Customer “Support” for weeks, at which time they said I couldn’t get a refund because, by then, it had been more than 30 days.

The only way I got a refund was to dispute the charge with PayPal. Oh – and they tried to get me to release the dispute, said they couldn’t process a refund until then. Even I’m not that stupid.

Ask this was for a product that cost $50.99, I hate to think what they do when real money is involved.
