Why is Setcoming.com a scam online store?

Setcoming.com is a scam online store due to the following facts:-

  • The phone number (1-626-456-6688) which Setcoming.com has provided on its "Contact Us" page has been using by the multiple scam online stores such as Poisly, SuperGoMall, Rena1ssance, VStroll, lnnavgoods and so on. So, this proves Setcoming has been operating and running by the same cybercriminal who has already scammed lots of people from those scam sites.
  • The website theme, website script, business claim and the promotion activities of Setcoming exactly matches with other scam sites such as Rena1ssance, VStroll, SuperGoMall and so on. So, this again proves it is run and operated by the serial scammer.
  • Setcoming hasn't provided any details about its company's location and owner. The only contact information that it has provided is its phone number which also belongs to the multiple scam sites. Legit online stores always provide the detailed contact information, only scam online stores hide those details. Setcoming even has concealed the company's location and owner details in WHOIS which proves it is not a legit online store.
  • Setcoming hasn't provided the necessary security measures to secure the personal information of the clients. So, if you shop at this site, your credit card information might be stolen.
  • All the sites similar to Setcoming haven't delivered any items to the majority of their clients. However, they have delivered some items to the few clients but also those clients have reported that those items were completely different or damaged or very cheap in quality which doesn't worth near to what they have paid for. Some clients even have reported that their credit card has been charged randomly without their consent due to which they end up canceling their credit card. So, if you have mistakenly purchased from Setcoming, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company and follow their instruction to save your credit card.

Now it is clear that Setcoming is a scam, so we have listed it in our Bad and Scams category.

They supposedly have a foldimate that is really an $800 machine for $89, they have one review listed that says very good 5 stars but it’s from the future of May 2019 and it’s only January 2019.

Responded to a facebook ad bought a laundry folding machine and a car dent remover then did some research! Have cancelled my credit card and the bank will reverse the transaction, but only once it has been processed by the scammer - about six weeks.

Scam so angry. Had to contact credit card company to cancel transaction after I tried to contact company through an email they sent me. Now I also opened there damn email with leaves me open to people entering my pc. So pissed me off. Didn't realize all this until after. All the energy it took these scammers to do this they could of really done something amazing in the world. Like exposing the criminal justice department , corrupt politicians and government agency's taking bribes. Fight for children rights, elderly rights, fight for the poor and homeless. Fight for unity and heal a country destroyed by hate and prejudice. No instead they use all this know how targeting older trusting people.

ordered a sauna received no confirmation or order #. I have contacted my bank they gave me a email address which is not recognized on jan 28th i will start proceeding with my bank to return my money. You have to wait 15 days before the bank can do anything but then you have up to 60 days from the transaction date on your bank account. I advise contact your bank asap and resolve the issue if its within 60 days. this is with rbc in canada. other banks may be different

I tried to purchase a sauna which was selling for $89.00. Now, the sauna in the photo is real but the actual sauna costs $2,000+. I realized that this must be a scam, but I was curious if I would receive anything, so I purchased the item my credit card. The next morning, I went to my bank and canceled the credit card and explained that this purchase had to be a scam. My bank said that if I didn't receive anything within the next couple weeks, I could tell them and they could have my money refunded as long as it was reported within 60 days. It's been 3 weeks now and the the tracking number they provided appeared to be legit using a logistics company called Yanwen. Their website shows that the notification that they were expecting to receive the items to be processed through their facility was received, but after 22 days they had not received anything. They are most likely not going to receive anything either, so I notified my bank and they are reimbursing my account. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, then it isn't.

    Dear friends,
Those who have already purchased items from Setcoming, we suggest them contact their bank or credit card company to cancel the transaction as well as to cancel the credit card and get the new one because these kinds of scammers are also found to be charging the credit card of the clients further without the consent of those clients.

    Dispute D-568307

Be very careful guys , they are using Instagram target advertising and use fake but quality videos to sell you quality household products , instead they shut down their website after 2-3 months , the reason they are doing this is because if they shut down a website week after or a month after you can easily dispute any charge if you have used your credit card . So they try to stay online as long as they can so you can’t dispute early.

Another thing is even if you dispute and they get no money from you they’ll try to do it again with another coming ASAP .. after I was done this my credit card was under multiple attacks 300$ from fake Uber name And many more ... they’ll keep stealing 1000$ from you till you change your entire info.

They also get your real address and send you a fake iPhone charger that doesn’t even charge probably filled up with the fishing virus to steal even more information...

In this day and age of the smartphone, we should really be careful. Playing with a smartphone is like playing with HAZMAT material that can ruin your life.

Another advice is that never order anything via Instagram target advertising

Also never share your credit card info Always use PayPal so it’ll mask your credit card info

Also never ever share your real address, if you really want to enjoy online shopping go buy yourself a PO Box so these scammers Won’t ever know what your real household address is.

Long story short, be very careful out there guys, never use any cloud-based system like storing your pictures or videos on iCloud or Dropbox or anything online .. and never store your info and passport online not even on Apple iCloud or google...

Always use an old phone book to write down the URL of the websites you like and user name and passport .. ( who said old phone books have no use after all ? Old is gold )
