The main focus of this post is to make people aware of the fact that if you see some companies which are registered from UK Companies House, then that doesn't mean those must be legit.

While doing the reviews on several kinds of online works and businesses from 2014, we have found lots of scam companies that are registered from UK Companies House.

We are not saying UK Companies House itself is a scam, but the problem is those companies which are registered from UK Companies House.

From this post, we also want to suggest UK Companies House to check the online scams under their registration as far as possible because people are becoming confused and falling into the scam companies when they find out those are registered from UK Companies House.

Actually, we are sure there are thousands of scam companies which are registered from UK Companies House. Even we have already done hundreds of reviews on the scam companies which are registered from UK Companies House.

Some of the examples of scam companies which are registered from UK Companies House are BitGarden, Legend Investment, Crypto Forex Bank, New Age Bank, BTC Rush, Serra Invest, Elect Capital, TradersCrew, Bitzilla, BitFine, EasyMining, RichmondBerks, BitPalas, Chest Wallet, and so on.

Actually, when these scam companies are registered in UK Companies House, even they don't provide the real address of their company. Instead, they just rent the address from the virtual address services and use that address to register the company from UK Companies House. On top of that, the fee to register the company in UK Companies House is between £12 to £40 which makes it easy for everyone to register a company in UK Companies House.

So, don't you think the UK Companies House should check the physical location of the company in order to find out either they are providing the real address or not?

Even if UK Companies House can't check the physical location of the company, what about at least checking the business model of the companies after they have been registered from the UK Companies House.

If the UK Companies House checks the companies online by searching the name of the company after some weeks they have been registered from UK Companies House, then they can find plenty of online scams as we have mentioned before.

Actually, most of the time the illegal schemes like Ponzi and Pyramid schemes are found to be registered from the UK Companies House. If you don't know what is Ponzi and Pyramid schemes, then you can find the details by clicking the respective links below:-

Ponzi scheme:- newsonlineincome.com/ponzi-scheme/

Pyramid scheme:- newsonlineincome.com/2017/03/06/what-is-pyramid-scheme/

Most of the time those Ponzi schemes offer an unrealistic rate of return such as up to 15% daily return, 200% ROI to 80,000% ROI within a month, and so on and fail to provide proof of their real source of income from where they can make such a huge amount of profit. Most of those kinds of Ponzi schemes are operating online.

Some of those Ponzi schemes also offer the referral commission up to multi-level downlines on the sales of those ROI plans which makes them a Pyramid scheme because it is illegal to pay the referral commission up to multi-level downlines without selling any real products or services.

So, if UK Companies House checks online, they can find such companies within a minute and can find out either they are scam or legit. So, we think now UK Companies House should take some step for it. Otherwise, scammers are finding a way to scam people by making them believe they are a registered company from the UK Companies House.

Actually, 1000s of companies have already turned into scam which were registered from the UK Companies House and were operating the Ponzi and Pyramid schemes.

Even there are some scam companies that are using the same registration document of Companies House UK for multiple sites. For example, StartMiner, BitMiner, BTCMiner.Services and so on are using the same registration document for their different companies and scamming people from their different sites.

So, we think Companies House UK should take serious action against those companies which are misusing the registration of UK Companies House. It would be better if UK Companies House at least put some staff to investigate the companies which are registered from there.

Anyway, until the UK Companies House starts to take the action against those kinds of scam companies, it is better we don't fall for any company just because they are registered from the UK Companies House.

On the other hand, even if the UK Companies House starts to investigate the scam companies, then also still many such kinds of companies will be able to scam the people because it is hard to find out every scammer. So, it is better we do the deep research before we invest in any company and don't fall for any companies just because they are registered from the UK Companies House.

It is better you share this post with your friends and families to make them aware of the companies that are registered from UK Companies House.

Thank you for that powerfull msg. Iam also one of those scammer victims. I registered under Swiss earning.com and funded my account now when ever i sent a message and if they notify its me the ignore. Now i feel like i have been scammed,so when i deposited my funds to that account i open under them they told me iam only supposed to invest 3 times in plan one, and i did that now when i asked for a withdrawal they now tell me i have to top up my account to move to plan 2 so that i can have a successful withdrawal. So i right this comment as a msg to confirm if this company really exist and is it legit and did they register under COMPANIES HOUSE.
