- When we searched the given company’s address ofย PetalPrimย on Google Map, we find out that address is not an address of any shop or company with the name PetalPrim. We are unable to locate any shop or physical store on the given address. Actually, Google Map even fails to locate the exact match of the given address and only locates a partial match address. So, it looks like PetalPrimย has provided the fake company’s address. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online stores that provide doubtful statements and contact details.

Stay away from this online store …didn`t get what I ordered….and what I got was worth about 2 cents…what a scammer you people are…..SCAMMERS AT BEST!!!

I ordered a coat from petal prim.com. When I ordered it the website would not let me enter the correct size. I contacted the company and was told to send the order in and they would change it to the correct size. I did so and contacted them again immediately to get the size changed. I was told it was already shipped out and to receive the package when it arrived, then they would tell me how to get the exchange. After accepting the order I contacted them again and was given the run around about how I got the item I ordered. They were rude and condescending, and did NOT fix the issue!!!!

I have $157 worth of returns. After a week of contacting Petalprim for shipping info to obtain full refund, they have refused to provide me with shipping instructions and instead offered $40 and I donate the items to charity! This company needs to be shut down. They are criminals.

We recently purchased 3 items from Petal Prim. My wife is very happy with 2 of the 3 items received, and if it were not for the horrible customer service on the 3rd item this would be a five star review. The 3rd item was suppose to be a medium and according to the size chart should have been 40″ around the bust line. The item is in reality 48″ around the Bust. According to their website this should have been adequate reason for return or exchange. However they consider this well with the the normal acceptable difference. Their reason for not giving a full refund is that it is “The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china .This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose.” Instead they have offered us $5, which has now gone up to $8 as compensation. 1/3 the cost we paid of $24.12. On top of all of this the communication has been spotty, contain standardized “canned” responses to complains and most of it has been very broken English.

I ordered 199.00 in clothes Dec. 3, 2019. I have not received anything but they took my money from my card. Can’t find a phone # so sent them an email requesting a refund, still haven’t heard from them. Thank God I only lost 200.00, because I wanted to order more, but thought maybe I should wait. I have learned my lesson, I will never, ever, order from any other company from over seas. I just wonder how much money they have stole from other people.
