I ordered some cat scratchers for my sisters cat on 12-02-2022 for Christmas. You guys charged me the wrong amount of $35.83. It was only supposed to be $29.87. You sent me back the difference a few days after I contacted you. It is now 01-09-2023 and Iโ€™ve yet to receive the cat scratchers in question. I fell this is way to long to wait for your product. Either send the above product to me or send the amount of $29.87 into my account. I am getting really passed off!

I paid for Bras from Eversocute on December 22 and still haven’t received them and they took my money. I’m on Social Security and can’t afford to lose money like this.

I ordered a hot deal (buy one get one free) from a Landbase Co, named Eversocute, without knowing it was a scam. Now I was charged for some unknown number of the same item (maybe). I called my credit card company to have the order charge refunded as I had not received any item at the time. Later I received the one item. I do not want to pay $44.97 for one bra that was advertised as on sale as quoted, buy one get one free. As I recall the charge was to be $9.99.

    1. Thanks for letting us know about Eversocute. We will soon post its review.

  4. Gorgeous Hera is a scam. I have sent 15 emailsโ€ฆ. I cannot get anyone to give me a refund although the website in which I purchased the shoes said there is a money back guarantee. I will turn them in to BBB and any other agency that will allow. I have sent them photos, order numbers and they keep asking for the same things. AND I paid for the order to be expedited. It arrived two months late and is JUNK.. Literally junk!

I purchased 3 bracelets from this company. It took over a month for them to arrive and came with $5.60 postage due, after it was supposed to be free shipping. I and very dissatisfied with poor quality of items. On their website, the “contact” section will not allow message to be sent. Their phone number is in Great Britian and they refer you to some ununderstandable number. I would tell anyone considering buying from this company to not do so!

  6. Onthpointe .com is a site that is run by Landbase. I found an ad from them that popped up on my Facebook page, but I always like to check these sites out first. I didn’t take the risk of ordering from them.

    1. Thanks for this information.

  7. I see them advertising on Facebook… Doesn’t Facebook do any checks to ensure that they are genuine???

Used this site called inductiony .com. And have found out they are selling stuff from landbase trading. And have had a horror of a time trying to get a refund just wonโ€™t play by the rules. Also they have no returns address or telephone number. Just a support@inductiony .com which is about as useful as a wet finger in your ear. Definitely needs shut down

      1. Thanks for letting us know about Inductiony scam.

  8. Continuity .com

Advertised on FB. Another Landbase company. A mom and pop store just cannot have the kind of inventory that is advertised on continuity’s website. Oh yeah. The pitch is a real sob story.

At last, My wife and I decided to quit. We are selling our Van Gogh clothing at 49% Off and we are planning to close our online store and spend the rest of with our grandsons in Massachusetts. This has been a memorable and troublesome experience. Here’s what we learned: ? Running an online store is not easy… It requires my wife and me to devote all our time in our 60s to making the clothing and doing customer service, It’s a full-time job that requires a tremendous amount of patience and effort just to break even. ? Our government doesn’t provide any kind of help for small businesses like ours, we can’t get loans from banks(banks don’t like Ma and Pa stores, especially online stores) and we don’t get any tax cuts as the government had promised during the pandemic. We see small businesses like ours closing one by one and it doesn’t seem like it’s getting better for the days to come. ? Family is our top priority now. We’ve been running this store for 3 years and we couldn’t get away, leave the store unattended and spend time with our family, especially our three cute grandsons that we miss every day. We want to be there with them as they grow up. So, we will be closing the sales in the coming weeks, and potentially earlier depending on the inventory stock levels. This is probably your last chance to shop these pieces before theyโ€™re gone for good. Shop our sales before the pieces you want to sell out! Prices start at 3.99.

    1. Thanks for this information.

MARVELOUSES is trading under this company on Facebook, for the past few monthit has said the following “At last, My wife and I decided to quit. We are selling our bags and clothing at 49% Off and we are planning to close our online store and spend the rest of with our grandsons in Massachusetts” etc. I decided to google them and came across your website, thank you for saving me the trouble of losing money to them.

Briskrhythm is another Landbase Trading Co LTD.

I recently ordered a HOT deal 2x pairs of trousers. When they finally arrived they are exceptionally poor quality with fraying and snagging. In addition they are not standard UK sizing the Legs are approx 4inch too short.

I have provided photographic evidence and requested by the company and quoted my consumer rights to Briskrhythm but after offering a mere $5 compensation have gone silent.

I will continue to try and arrange a return and a full refund, although after reading the above I donโ€™t fancy my chances.

    1. Thanks for reporting us about Briskrhythm scam.

I think the name of the company I ordered from is called Bestspecifics, that is what is showing on my credit card. They are showing that my order has been delivered. I have not received any of my order. However I did receive a cheap looking scarf, if you want to call it that. I am trying to get a refund from them. Any help from anyone would be appreciated. I order and paid for four shirts from them and very disappointed that I have not received them. Should I expect a refund from them or do I just forget about it and move on?

    1. Since you havenโ€™t got what you have purchased, so you should complain to your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using PayPal, then you can contact PayPal support team and open a dispute as per their guidance to get back your money. You should also get the tracking code details from the post office to show your bank, credit card company or PayPal that the item you received has less weight than the item you order.

I ordered jumpsuits from Energeticm.com, they looked fabulous on the advert and good reviews (which i guess are fake now) the items order came to ยฃ84.00 as i bought various colours.
The items came 2.5 – 3 weeks later and they are nothing like the advert i ordered from.
I emailed the support@energeticm .com and they advised me what they sent out was what i order – i told them this was incorrect and i wanted to refund. They came back saying it would cost me to much to return and offered me 8usd as a refund on my ยฃ84.00 purchase.
I have asked them for a contact number for my return form and are refusing to give me the information.
it is shocking this is still going on and Facebook, Instagram & TikTok are not taking out the scammers.

    1. Thanks for letting us know about Energeticm. We just checked it. Yes, you are right! Energeticm is not a good site.

The company is ‘Garodenia’ & they are a scam! Ordered 2 shirts to promote Dementia care, etc. The shirts look NOTHING like the advertisement. Tried to return them based on their website ‘return policy’ & they keep sending ‘double talk’ – so sorry but just lowly customer service people – please accept $3 as payment, etc. It is insane & totally scamming the public!
    Thank you.

I ordered a โ€œsweaterโ€ from Rcaey for $46.98. When I received the package after 2 1/2 weeks I got what looked like a piece of. Nylon/polyester mix with a design that looked painted on. I contacted the seller immediately and voiced my displeasure, they answered asking for a photo. When they received the photo they offered me a $5 refund. Total charged was $74.98. I plan to post on Facebook about their scam and will contact my bank & Better Business Bureau.

    Hiya!

    Two websites:

    sobeeriond.com
    uniqueabund.com

They stupidly put an email for uniqueabund as part of their refund process for sobeeriond.

I’m in the process of a PayPal dispute with them. I spotted the scam 5 mins after I paid, tried to cancel and then noticed they had also overcharged my PayPal. I got that refunded and a $6 refund for an apology for sending the item before it could be cancelled ๐Ÿ™„

They sent faulty goods so I’m sure I’ll get the refund, but so frustrating that they will have scammed so many others.
