We don't recommend Chic Zora online store due to the following reasons:-
- ChicZora hasn't provided any information about who and from where is operating and running the ChicZoras.com anywhere on its website and those details are also concealed in WHOIS. However, every legit online store provides detailed contact information including the company's address, warehouse's address, phone number and so on which all are missing in ChicZoras.com website. Since most of the scam online stores are found to be hiding such details, so we never recommend anyone to shop at online stores like ChicZoras.com which hide their owner details and company's location.
- The security measures that ChicZora has provided is not enough to secure an online store site like ChicZoras.com. So, if you shop at ChicZoras.com website, then your personal and financial information can be hacked and stolen.
- There are already a bunch of complaints from the users of ChicZoras for not delivering them their purchased items more than a month and also for delivering the wrong or cheap quality item which price is very less than what clients of paid for. My wife ordered four shirts off the site and it took over a month to get them.
When they arrived, two fit fine and two were too tight even though all were the same size. I sent them an email (only way to get hold of them) and it looked like a computer generated generic email asking for pictures of items and other info. but nothing on how to return them even though their website says they can be returned. Since then, all emails have come back to me as undeliverable. Help please, Bob Spencer - #2
Took over a month to receive my order. Tried one shirt on and didn’t fit. Immediately sent an email on how to return. Heard nothing. Sent another email - still nothing. I think I got screwed

This Company is a scam. I received a tracking number that was a fake. No merchandise. I’ve learned my lesson!

Same as others although I got answers to my emails. They told me I would have to return the item to China, but no address given, and they will only refund $5 of the purchase price. TOTAL SCAM!

I received an email stating my order had shipped and was provided a FedEx tracking number. When I tried this I was informed that no such FedEx number existed.

I waited for over a month and was excited to get my order. When it finally got here nothing fit. They were all ordered as x-lg and tagged x-lg but were really a small. I have emailed the service number many times with no contact back. There is no phone # to contact and no address. My order was large so it seems now I am out that money.

Please do not order from that company , took 2 months before I got my order , it’s poor clothings quality and I am not going to wear so cheap , and Charge in US dollars.

I cannot even comment on clothing size or quality as my May 1st order has not yet arrived! I’m as frustrated as the rest of you!�

This company is a scam. Buyer beware. My order also took a month to arrive. The two blouses I ordered were not true to size and was told they are the "Asian standard size". They asked if I measured the size when I ordered it. How in the world could I measure something when I ordered online?? They also said I could refer to the size chart. What size chart? The sleeves were so small to the sizing of the rest of the garment. After many emails back and forth, I was told that the items were not returnable and if I wanted to return them the cost of shipping to China would be too much. I continued to ask for a mailing address so I could decide if it was too expensive but got no answer. They offered me a refund of $10 for my $56 order. When I declined, I received more non-sensical emails. I was offered $12 refund but still no address for returning the items. After more emails I settled on $22. They are not worth the time and effort spent. Avoid this company like the plague.

Beware, they are now using another name, dreamfitting. No info available just like chiczoras. I wonder who legitimately sells these items, because the pictures look great! Jerks.

I placed an order with this company and receive only 1 of my 3 items ordered. I tried 3 times to contact the company by email and it kept coming back as undelivable. I also tried to track my order and the tracking numbers were not found with USPS. I can't understand how a company like this is able to continue operating when it obvious a scam.
