Wafully order problem

My package says that it was delivered. The tracking number I put in isn’t correct and when I send an email to the Wafully service dept, it comes back as message failed.

So, it's better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. However, if you have used PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.
