Either is a Regocy.com scam or genuine? You must be here to find this answer, right?
Well, we don't think Regocy is a good online store. If you want to know why we think Regocy is not a trustworthy online store, then you can keep on reading this Regocy review because we have explained well why we don't recommend you to purchase anything from Regocy online store in this Regocy review.
We don't recommend Regocy due to the following reasons:-
- Regocy has provided its company's name and address as "Qandies Limited, 617, Crown House North Circular Road, London, England, NW10 7PN" on its “Terms of Service” page. Now, this is a big warning bell because you can find multiple problematic sites operating under Qandies Limited such as Ladishoes, Liliess, Hinschic, BusesShop, Rosynova, Tomtop, Chicchoo, AdvStuff.Store, Zodiac.Shop and so on.
- All the sites operating by Qandies Limited have lots of complaints from their clients for not delivering the items on time and also for delivering the very low-quality items than what they have advertised on their website which looks completely different. We know that every company has complaints. But if the volume of complaints exceeds the numbers of positive reviews, then we should avoid such company. All sites operating by Qandies Limited have a bunch of complaints and a very few or not even a single positive review.
- Clients have also complained that the customer support of all the sites operating by Qandies Limited is terrible and it is very difficult, almost impossible to get a full refund from the Qandies Limited sites.
- The website Regocy has been poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites such as its website theme is very untidy; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other scam sites such as its "Terms of Service" and so on; the faces of models have been cropped out from product images presented on Regocy online store which is mostly done by scam sites when the product images are not original and have copy-pasted from other websites without taking their consent; most of the product images presented on Regocy website are blurred which don't look like original images; Regocy hasn't secured its website properly due to which your personal and financial information might be stolen if you shop at Regocy online store.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, we don’t recommend Regocy. So, we have listed Regocy in our Not Recommended sites list. However, if you have a different opinion or want to provide your own Regocy reviews, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

Regocy:
I gave this online shop a try, because the items on the website looked quite nice and lots of them were supposed to be linen.
I would not recommend to order anything!Very disappointed!
Shipping (Canada) was about 4 weeks and came directly from China. On their website it looked like a Canadian firm.
Clothes do not AT ALL look like shown on line, fabric is cheap and thin, no linen when advertised as such. - #2

They looked like they were based in London on their website but are Chinese.
They falsely advertise as linen. One of the items felt like plastic. The others were very cheap cotton. All items are inferior quality and very poorly made.
When you attempt to correspond with them they return bulk standard emails requesting you jump through hoops regarding returns. They make it pretty impossible to return items. It’s appalling customer service. So all round one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with on line shopping! - #3

Couldn't agree more with the above. Nothing I bought resembled the pics. 100% polyester, not linen. Terrible.

I wish I’d read this review before sending my credit details! I placed an order in early December and still have not received the items. I emailed them on 27/12 and still have not had a response......do not use this company!

Me too, wish I had read this review. I had no problem with delivery and contact. Dress did not look like it appeared on website. However, the BIG problem is that on my Credit Card Statement
I find an item below the Regocy (known as Taigugeng) item, for an amout of A$35.33 from a company Zhigu, bearing a similar ref.number to Regocy's transaction. I lodged a complaint with
Paypal who have refused to pay as they say it is an unauthorised transaction.? Where is my
protection from Paypal. So, all in all, there is corruption going on, apart from misrepresenting
the goods on line..... Do not EVER use this company! - #7
I would like to say I was wrong about the transactions details stated above, and Regogy had
no place in any unauthorised transaction. My mistake, just a case of confused anxiety! I was
a bit misled by Paypal for saying it was an unauthorised transaction. However my comments
regarding the dress still stand, looks nothing like the one on the internet, and I would not buy from them again. I apologise to Regocy for my mistake of fraud. - #8
I put an order in for 4 items 3 weeks ago. They give you a Way of TRACKING it...haha! That's a joke. I have still not received anything. Some Chinese person contacted me via email after I asked when my purchases would arrive and was told it got lost and they were sending again... We'll see! They say wait another 3-4 weeks please! I am NOT pleased. I hope I am when I receive my goods.

i am having an ongoing problem with them.
i recieved a garment which i ordered a LARGE it was way too small and when i measured it it was obvioulsy a SMALL .
In the description it says it is 65%cotton 35% polyester but on the label of the garment it is 65%polyester 35%cotton. I would not have ordered a 65% polyester garment. So despite multiple emails they refuse to reimburse me unless i return the garment which will cost me $22 ie half the cost of the garment. I find it all very frustrating. Most companies are much better at returns. - #10
My message is very similar to the above comments. I ordered in 4 November 2019 it did not arrive until mid January 2020 and because they put the wrong address on it it got sent back!! I have sent numerous messages before Xmas asking for a refund as 6 weeks was far to long to wait for any item. They kept sending me tracking advise and which showed it stayed for at least 5 weeks in China. By the time January came I had kept asking for refund as I knew something had gone wrong. Still same response. I still don't have my items of clothing and I still don't have a refund. I'm tempted to ring my credit card company and listing them as fraudulent.

Poor quality and only one is the same as the ad. No way to return. Don’t buy from this site
