What is AurumBank and why don’t we recommend it?

Aforementioned, Aurum Bank is a Ponzi scheme, which means an illegal and unsustainable business in the name of bank. So, this much reason is already enough for not recommending it. However if you want to know more details on it, then you can find as below.

1. Unclear Owner details:-

There is not any information about who and from where is operating and running Aurum Bank, neither in their website nor in WHOIS details. None of the legit banks or the companies will hide their owner and staff information. So, this already proves that the intention of Aurum Bank’s owner is not good. In online work and business industry, only scam sites have been found hiding their owner details, but not even a single legit site.

2. Fake Bank:-

Aurum Bank is not a registered bank. If you search in detail, then you will find out that the Aurum Bank is neither regulated nor insured because Aurum Bank hasn’t a license to run a bank anywhere in the world. They have only provided the registration number from the UK Companies House and that is also not as a Bank, but as a Aurum Financial Group Ltd. However, that registration is not the registration to operate bank or even an investment company. That is the registration only for tax purpose which lots of Ponzi schemes like Aurum Bank are using to trick people into their scam because it is very easy to register company in UK Companies House. If you can pay 20 GBP, you can easily register company in UK Companies House for which even you no need to provide the real address. If you can provide any virtual address by renting address with any virtual address services, then you can simply use that virtual address to register company in UK Companies House. If you check the history, you can find lots of companies which were registered in UK Companies House have been already turned into scam. So, that proves that having registration document from UK Companies House doesn’t make any company legit.

3. Tricking people:-

Most of time Ponzi scheme doesn’t pretend to be a bank and just claim to provide the huge rate of return by acting like an investment company. However, Aurum Bank is more bad than those Ponzi schemes because it is pretending to be a bank which it is not due to which it can trick lots of people to invest in it thinking it is a real bank. But, like we have said before, they don’t have any legal license to operate a bank or an investment company.

4. Bogus Business Model:-

You can think yourself. Aurum Bank is claiming to pay upto 17% daily for 15 days or 6500% ROI in 110 days and so on. Well, if there is any bank which can afford to pay that much amount of return, then that bank will be the breaking news of most of the news channels and would have already renowned all over the world. None of the real bank can afford to pay that much amount of return because in order to pay such high rate of return, bank first of all need to have a client who is willing to take a loan by paying more interest than that. But, there is not any person or company who will be willing to take a loan in the rate more than 17% daily because no one can make any benefit by taking a loan in such a high rate. More than that, none of the legit bank in this world is allowed to pay such high rate of return. If any real bank starts to pay such high rate of return, then that will be seized by government agencies within some days. So, this proves the business model of Aurum Bank is completely bogus.

5. Unverifiable source of income:-

There is not any verifiable source of income other than the money invested by Aurum Bank affiliates themselves which proves that it is a Ponzi scheme. Yep, Aurum Bank claims that they handle the foreign exchange trading operations in the stock, currency and cryptocurrency exchanges, but fail to provide any verifiable proof for that. So, that proves they are paying existing members using the newly invested funds of other members which makes their system unsustainable and like other Ponzi schemes, they will also stop paying soon in the future because Ponzi schemes only pay at starting to few members in order to lure more people into their scam so that they can collect the huge amount of money from several people and run with big amount of money. So, stay away from Aurum Bank. This is the reason why we don’t recommend Aurum Bank.

Conclusion

Aforementioned, it is clear that Aurum Bank is a Ponzi scheme. Actually, it is not only a Ponzi scheme, but is a combination of two illegal schemes and those are Ponzi and Pyramid because it doesn’t only claim to pay huge amount of ROI to its members on the investment plans, but also claims to provide 17% referral commission on the purchase of first level of referrals, 2% on the purchase of second level of referrals and so on upto 5 level of downlines on the sales of those investment plans. Any company claiming to be paying the referral commission upto different level of referrals like MLM (Multi Level Marketing) companies, but without selling any real products or services, just on the membership fees or investment plans falls into illegal scheme known as Pyramid scheme.
