Why do we think Gracyme.com might be a scam?
We think Gracyme might be a scam due to the following reasons:-
- No one knows who and from where is operating the Gracyme.com because Gracyme.com hasn’t provided those details on its website and has also concealed those details within WHOIS record. However, legit online stores always provide the detailed contact information including phone number, return shipping address and so on. Only scam online stores don’t care to provide the contact details.
- Gracyme hasn’t provided the required security measures on its website due to which your credit card information can be stolen if you purchase items using your credit card from Gracyme.
- There are multiple scam online stores. So, we should be always cautious with new online stores and should avoid those online stores who even hide their real identity.
- Lots of new online stores are found to be scamming people by not delivering them their purchased items or delivering completely low quality, damaged or wrong items than what those clients have paid for.
- Some scam online stores have found to be charging the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you ever purchase mistakenly from scam sites using your credit card, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card.

I ordered a jacket and it did arrive. It is a legit business I believe. However I will be returning it as it’s extremely poor quality. None of the edges are finished and it just looks cheap. Nothing like the photo.

I ordered a top back on 1/18 and it shows received, but never got. I cancelled my credit card because they have my information. I lost my money on this one.

Those who have already purchased items from Gracyme, we suggest them contact their bank or credit card company to cancel the transaction as well as to cancel the credit card and get the new one because we have found lots of unsatisfied clients reporting about Gracyme.

I ordered a jacket and the quality is awful. I tried to return, but it would cost me half of what I paid for it since it’s from Bahrain. Took three weeks to arrive despite buying expedited shipping. May not be a total scam, but it’s not real legit either! Stay away!

Placed an order on Jan 20 and my card was charged. Have not received my order; no one will reply to my on line inquiries to their tracking site. , and I cannot find a phone number. I have tried to contact them through their website but cannot get past those “I am not a robot” tests ( just keeps rebooting pictures over and over). I also cannot log onto their site with my account info now.

Purchased an order months go. Never received it. Contacted them by email. They said the sweaters were sent and returned. Asked me to verify the address to which they were sent. Address is not even in my city. When I provided the correct address, they asked me for another $8.00 to resend. So….yeah they are a scam.

This is TOTAL SCAM. There is no way to reach out and they do not respond via email or “contact us”- I never received my order- and I have no way to communicate. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

Returned $96 worth of items in January. They said they would refund my money. 19 emails exchanged of me saying I haven’t received refund to them apologizing and asking me to wait a few more days. I finally filled a case through PayPal. I received my refund today April 2 2019 only because PayPal was on my side and I won the case. If I hadn’t paid through PayPal I am pretty sure I never would have gotten a refund from Graceyme. BUYER Beware!

I placed my order in December and received my items in February. I returned my 3 items over 30 days ago and still no refund. I returned my items to:
