  I dont see why there are so many negative reviews. Well.. i am basing it off my experience which was more than smooth, no issues at all. But i am seeing quite a bit of stressful reviews. I have had a very positive experience even offering me discounts as a sign of appreciation for my purchase. I need answers!!!

  We bought a items from the over June 5th and have not received anything. We got a “it will ship in 5-7 days” that was 10 days ago and nothing. Canceling order and contacting credit card company.

  They do have the PayPal option witch is safer but as mentioned here, you never know what your gonna get with these sites.. So thanks for the info

  SCAM – It has been over 6 weeks of waiting. Am unable to cancel order since their so called “customer service” is a computer generated message explaining – stupidly – why order is delayed – not their fault, carrier takes a long time (!!!??).

  I’ve gotten the runaround for 6 weeks now. Asked for refund many, many times. All I get is a computer generated message «How have you been?». Followed the advice of a review and contacted my credit card company, I will get a refund and they will handle the complaint directly with the scammers and their bank. They did not offer refund but they tried to lure me for more purchases with 30% discount …

  I placed an order on June 28, 2019 and have only gotten computer generated messages and their phone line is conveniently unavailable at the moment…every time I call. I have put in a dispute with PayPal, but it is a long process. I am out $99.00 Shame on me for trusting this site.

  I just contact my creditcard company for Open a dispute and get my money back after 21 days they cant give me delivery date always you get aroun 2 or 3 day never back to me never answer and always ofered more discount is scam please be alert

  I foolishly tried to use my credit card with them several times each time I got a message that it failed. Then I used paypal and it worked. I wonder if they got my credit card information?
  ALSO SINCE THEY ARE ON FACEBOOK CAN FACEBOOK DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?

  A definite scam. Ordered two “draw with light” kits for my Granddaughters that were ordered back in May. After numerous emails to support@dealhaven.us, which were always responded to, I was finally given a tracking number, which didn’t work, emailed again and got a another link that worked. I have been away from home for a while and the tracking advised that the delivery had arrived. Guess what was waiting for me when I got home today, a small parcel from Taiwan with a green ribbon inside. Tracking number given by Dealhaven and that on the parcel are the same.

  Definitely a fraudulent site. You never get your order. Today I received a parcel that had a small love heart pendant from them as a joke I presume. Hmm not close to a paint brush roller? PayPal refunded my money after their investigation.

  Purchased cast net on dealhaven and payed with PayPal. Many months later, never received it. Given tracking number that says it arrived in USA a few months ago, never got it.

  Ordered a pillow on 11/6 paid £26 recieved an empty package.! I have sent countless emails requesting refund I have the same automated email back

  I ordered the knee pillow 28 th may I’ve sent several emails . Just as I told them I was going to take out a dispute they told me it was on its way . 2 weeks ago they sent me an empty envelope about 7cm by 7 cm I have sent them emails with pictures of the envelope demanded my money back . Guess what no response . It is a TOTAL SCAM so will have to see if Paypal can get my money back . Only time will tell , I will never order from any of these sites again . Someone should be investigation this company . That I no longer believe exists for fraud

  MAJOR SCAM – ordered 2 items back in June – have not received either but did get a tracking number for one and then received an envelope with a tiny silver figure in it worth about ,50 cents. Today I get a email saying they have been scammed by the company in China – they refunded what money they could but they are out of money and are closing up shop. I am out over $150 – will be phoning credit card company in the morning but not optimistic about them being able to do anything. Expensive lesson to learn plus both items were for my grandsons and they were so excited about them coming – now I have to explain to them that Grandma was duped

  Dealhaven have done me out of £60 .00 all they have done is promise that the goods are on there way .When I asked about delivery they got very abusive when I asked if they were a scam told me not to worry my goods will arrive .I had a delivery which contained nothing in the parcel. I have tried contacting them but they seem to have disapeard .Then they come on facebook again but a different name when I checked the web address buyers beware .

  These guys were a huge bunch of scammers, I found them on facebook and i lost $300 from them. I think facebook needs to vet scammers better as these are not the only ones out there.
  it was amazing how they kept me on the hook with phoney emails after saving they were out of stock. now i find you cant email them as the company and contacts are completely gone.
  lesson learned, careful what you wish for and pay money to get.

  I ordered a product from this “Company” back at the start of June 2019. It is now the end of August and I thought I would try and track my order. The “shop” has closed down. i am gutted to say the least.

  I ordered a large sink drainage item in early June. I even received an order number. I have never received the product to date. However I did receive an empty plastic envelope with the company’s mailing address. Maybe their attempt to make me believe the item was lost or stolen in the mail. No recourse I can tell online so I will be submitting a BBB complaint.

  I ordered two children’s items fro this fake site on May 18, 2019 and just received my order on September 6, 2019. I did what many others have done. Tried to cancel tried to get a refund. When they finally arrived they were not what I ordered. Instead it was basically a piece of cardboard with RUSSIAN STENCIL LETTERS AND A PINK MARKER. They were supposed to be light boards (art). DO NOT ORDER from this site!!!! The address is some no where place in China.

  Thank heaven fr Paypal. This company got me for a 19.99 fishing cast net. It was priced about $15.00 below others. Should have known. After 2 months , e-mails etc, no product. Started a dispute through PayPal. Did manage to get my money back. This place is one big SCAM.

  I ordered a knee pillow from this company and they gladly took my money, sent me a tracking number which ended up nowhere and never got the product! I tried to email them and found out that they don’t even exist! Complete robbers!

  And there is nothing you can do about it ! !!!!!!!

  Make sure you let others know. nothing stops scammers. Best to buy from well known sites. nothing like a bargain………………. NOTHING being the keyword.

  I ordered a float for the river for $56 in May and never received an item. I emailed the company and got a response that they were very busy but would get back to me that was in August. I tried to email again in September and the email got sent back to me that email address was not valid. Do Not order anything from Deal Haven. I do not even know if they are advertising anymore because they probably took everyone’s money and ran. Stupid me, lesson learned
